I'm a public school teacher. I'm done around 2:40 pm everyday, I can stop by for a drop in service for your dog on my way home from work. I live alone, it's convenient for me to host overnight stay or dog sit at your home.

At my home, I never crate my dog. If I pet sit at your home, I will follow your instructions. I'm very athletic and I love to walk/run with my dog. I also groom my dog extensively everyday. Wash his feet, face, brush his teeth and hair. I don't really rely on pet sitting for income so I'm not sitting multiple pets at one time. Your pet will have my full attention. I live in a garden apartment. It's on the ground floor, no steps. My apartment is sparsely furnished, your pet will have a lot of space. I have sliding doors walking to the public lawn. Dogs I hosted like to sit by the sliding doors and look at the greenery and birds, bunnies, squirrels etc..

The dog's temperament ( is it shy or social, does it like to be cuddled or left alone) ? Any food allergies? How does the dog get along with other dogs or people (for walking purpose) I live in an apartment, if your dog barks a lot, it will not be a good fit. My neighbors will complain.

I'm very physically active. I can give the dog a long walk. I like to take the dog to natural settings, such as park or beach. I also like to groom the dog such as brushing hair and washing paws. I like to cuddle with the dog and talk to the dog.

I had pet fish, rabbit, porcupine and cat when I grew up. I had a maltese for 4 years up till my divorce 2 years ago. My maltese was a rescue when he came to my home at 9 months old. I used to take him to the leash free time at Rye Oakland beach park and also leash free beach time from the end of Oct. to the end of Apr. I still visit my dog weekly at my ex's. I would love to have a dog of my own now that I live by myself, but I feel it's sad for the dog wait for me at home alone while I work during the day. So pet/house sitting is a perfect alternative for me.

Lu was fantastic with Luna! She took such great care of her and sent us photos every morning, afternoon, and evening. She noticed and let us know about little changes in her behavior. Her apartment has direct access to a private lawn, which makes it a perfect set up for a senior dog. We will be back!
Sweetie loved her stay with Lu! She came back happy and I was kept informed with pictures and updates. Will be a return customer.
Lu took wonderful care of our dog. I appreciated her good communication and the cute pics we got during our trip. Our boy came home tired and happy thanks to her good care. Highly recommend!
Lu is an amazing sitter! She was willing to come to my house late at night as I had an emergency! Once she was in, I was immediately at ease. She took such good care of my two cats! Sending pics and updates every day. Very reliable, good person!
