Ahead of Hank’s stay with her, we had a meet and greet, and Tracy welcomed us and Hank into her home and made sure Hank felt comfortable, letting him explore freely. We immediately knew he was going to have a great time with her. When we dropped Hank off, he got along right away with Tracy and her husband. They have a very nice and welcoming home, and Hank seemed comfortable from the start. He ate all of his food, was very active, and seemed completely at ease. Tracy was also very communicative throughout his stay and sent us pictures and updates on how Hank’s day was going, which we really appreciated. She was also very flexible with our pickup time. She was patient with my dog (who is a puppy) and since they stayed on my property at my request, I was able to watch Leigh play with my puppy outside.
