About: Hi! Scarlett Kelc, and caring for animals has always been one of my biggest passions. I truly love all animals, no matter their breed, size, age, or personality. If I could, I would probably adopt every animal I meet! I have spent my entire life around pets and understand how important it is to find someone you can trust with your furry family members. I currently have two dogs and one cat of my own, and we recently welcomed our second dog into the family. We strongly believe in adopting from shelters and giving animals loving homes whenever possible. Once every two weeks I give my dog a bath clipper nails. With still being in school I would make sure that any free time I have I would give all my attention to them. I am at school from eight to 3 o’clock every day weekends I’m completely free. I believe that a safe environment is very important. I feel like whoever I am sitting or whatever animal take care of their owner should be able to trust me. I would want the same for if anyone was doing that with my dog or animal. I want everything to be safe and I want it to feel like they are at home and there’s not a stranger in their home. I will take care of the pet like I’ll take care of my own pet.

About: I’ve cared for animals throughout most of my life and am comfortable with a wide range of pets, personalities, sizes, and care needs. I grew up with a dachshund who was part of my family from age 8 until he passed away when I was 18, and I have also owned a cat. For six years, I regularly helped care for my roommate’s two elderly Miniature Schnauzers while she worked long nursing shifts. I frequently provided overnight care and handled more involved senior needs, including following detailed routines, cleaning up accidents, changing diapers, assisting with mobility, and keeping them comfortable and safe. I’ve also frequently pet-sat a friend’s young Goldendoodle, so I’m comfortable with energetic dogs, active play, and walks that sometimes feel more like a run! In addition, I farm-sit for my stepsister and care for her ducks, chickens, two small indoor dogs, and four large Great Pyrenees working dogs. This has made me comfortable managing multiple animals at once, following feeding and outdoor routines, and caring for both small companion pets and very large working breeds. I work full-time Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, making me available for morning visits before work, evening visits after work, overnight house sitting, and weekend bookings. Whether your pet enjoys long walks, playtime, quiet companionship, or needs extra attention due to age or special needs, I’ll provide dependable, loving care and keep you updated with photos and messages throughout your booking. Weekday dog walks are available after 5:00 PM due to my full-time work schedule. I’m available mornings, evenings, weekends, and overnight house sitting. I understand that every animal has different needs, and I take the time to carefully follow feeding schedules, medication instructions, exercise routines, and any other preferences you have. My experience ranges from caring for senior dogs with special needs and diapers to energetic puppies, giant Great Pyrenees, indoor and outdoor cats, and farm animals. “Avery has been AWESOME!!! I have three DIFFICULT cats. One was diagnosed with FIP a month ago and he needs life-saving meds at the same time every day. On top of that, he is TERRIFIED of everyone except for me. My other two are also scaredy cats. Avery was able to work with all three cats, made sure my sick kitty got his meds every night (even though he refused to come out of hiding!!!), befriended the two shy kitties (including the spicy one!!!) Avery made sure to check in with me each day- before, during and after every visit! I am also a pet/house sitter so I'm picky and particular, especially with my own cats being SO tricky, and I'd give Avery a 10/10! Already have future petsitting dates requested! About: I’ve taken care of my brothers, friends, and family’s dogs periodically throughout the decades and have now personally had my own pup for going on 3 years. Please be aware that this is in home boarding but I do utilize 5x5 kennels for safety when dogs are not with me. They are not allowed to free roam or interact with other guests unsupervised. I have years of experience in the veterinary field, rescue, boarding, and training. Not only can I administer medications, spot early symptoms of illness, and prevent injury/sickness, but I also am very experienced in animal behavior, how the dogs mind works, and can adapt to every individual dog to make sure their stay is enjoyable. I strive to create an environment where every dog can be safe and happy and would love to do so for your pup! Please message me if you are interested in booking a stay with your dog as we fill up fast! This is what I do full time so your dogs will have my attention and time all day! We focus on quality over quantity which means that every dog has the option to be taken outside individually or with a group (pending a behavior analysis). They can get lots of play time, or lots of rest time, depending on their temperament and what helps them feel the most at ease. We have spacious suites to allow for siblings to stay together when needed and accommodate toy breeds all the way up to giant breeds. All suites include a bed, AC/heating, as many trips outside as your pup desires, and all the love they could ever want. This is what I do full time so I am with the dogs throughout the day. They are the first thing I do in the morning and last thing before bed. We have fenced play yards, indoor kennels, heating, AC, and are home all day. We strive to keep your dogs safe and happy during their stay.

“Traveling for my stepdaughter's destination wedding in Trenton, GA / Chattanooga TN and realized that the week long wedding plans involved 2 days where my dogs would be alone in our AIRBNB house for way too many hours for the rehearsal/cocktail evening 8 + hours and the wedding day 12+ hours. Hence, I went to my ROVER application I use while in my home state FL and searched who was near me that could do drop visits on both days to watch 3 dogs they had never met & in all home the dogs had only spent a few days in. LAURA to the rescue!!!!! She provided a courtesy meet & greet and seeing her handle all three dogs truly impressed me. All three of my dogs are seniors, Luna an American Bulldog 11 years and weighs 70 lbs, Maya a Pointer-Mix 9 years weighing 65 lbs and Lemon 11 year old Chihuahua that is both blind and loosing his hearing. Laura was mindful of each of their distinct personalities and even offered to give Lemon his heart medication if needed. She realized during the first drop in that Luna would take some gentle guidance to trust her as well as Lemon who on her own, Laura devised a method to get him outside to go have a bathroom break. All instructions and suggestions were followed with great care and she provided pictures & updates delivering me comfort. To be able to trust a stranger in a rented home and with your fur babies is not a situation one wants to be in but I had to think of the dogs needs and trust Laura. I AM SO GLAD I DID! If you are traveling in GA Trenton/Chattanooga area or ARE A LOCAL, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND trusting your babies with LAURA, EYES CLOSED! She exudes, trust, kindness, confidence and animals know best!
