About: My name is Ketmanee but you can call me Pae. I’ve taken care of dogs and cats most of my life ranging from young puppies to older cats and everything in the middle. I enjoy taking dogs on long walks, feeding, petting and spending time with them. I’ve dog sat for neighbors and family where I frequently take care of my mother in laws 4 year old Labrador. I’m excited at the opportunity to befriend new animals and get to walking! As a part time student and stay and home wife, I have plenty of availability to fit dog walks and pet sit into my schedule. I love to earn the love of a dog or cat by treating them with love. As an animal owner, I take pride in treating animals with the utmost respect.
“I had a last minute request to walk and feed Tofu and Sky was able to accommodate it, which was a big relief. He arrived promptly, was very communicative throughout the process and asked questions to make sure Tofu gets the best care. Also sent me lots of photos. Great experience and definitely highly recommend Sky!”

About: I grew up in a household where we always had 1-3 dogs at a time, in addition to several other furry and feathered friends. I’ve experienced the joys and challenges of puppyhood and cared for old friends. I understand that each dog has their charms and quirks, and I try to tune into their individual needs to provide the best care possible. I’m currently working part-time with generally flexible hours for pet care drop-ins and walks. My schedule varies from week to week, but I consider my availability thoughtfully and will always try to make your requests work! My cats have always been indoor-only, and the dogs have typically been crate-trained as babies and then given free rein of the home, couches and all. I know all households have their own rules and preferences, so I’m happy to work with whatever you have going on!
“Christeen was wonderful taking care of Maddie while we went away! She let me know when she arrived at my house and when she took Maddie on a walk! She took pictures, video's and sent them to me. I highly recommend Christeen and will definitely use her again!! *****”

“I really appreciate the hard work and effort Moira puts in to walking my one year old Dachshund. My pup was immediately comfortable with her. I recommend Moira to anyone 😁”

About: I've had and taken care of many cats for over 15 years, i would pet sit long before any of these apps were around. So i am a pro at this I have a well balanced daily routine but if things change i find ways to fit or change plans around to get things done. I am well managed. i don't do home care services for pets yet. Since i have my own pets i don't have the space to be able to accommodate

“My fur babies loved their walks with Carissa! She came a little early day one to get acquainted with them and even scored some kisses from Chico who takes a while to warm up to people. ❤️ We will be booking her again!”

“First time using Rover for dog walks and was lucky to find Tanner. He was really great with working with us on our last minute booking to walk Duke for a few days. After years of using Wag! decided to give Rover a shot and we were not disappointed. Duke had a great time and we will definitely book Tanner again. Thank Tanner!!!”

About: I’ve always been a dog person! I grew up around animals and have had both cats and dogs my whole life. For the past 14 years, I’ve also cared for friends’, family members’, and neighbors’ pets, so I’m experienced with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personalities. I love getting outside for walks—whether it’s a quick neighborhood stroll or a longer adventure, whatever is best for your pup. I had a baby in February, and we’ve made daily walks and hikes part of our routine. Since losing my own dog in May, I’ve really missed having a furry walking companion. I’ll typically have my baby with me, either in a stroller or baby carrier, so your dog will need to be comfortable around babies. I’m reliable, patient, and will treat your dog like my own. I’ll always make sure they get plenty of exercise, attention, and love, and I’ll keep you updated with photos and messages so you know they’re having a great time. I’m currently a stay-at-home mom, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of availability for pet care. I’m able to provide walks, check-ins, playtime, and companionship throughout the day. I love having animals as part of my routine and enjoy making sure they get the attention, exercise, and care they need. I only offer pet care in the client’s home, as I have a cat of my own who prefers being the only furry friend in the house. In your home, I’ll make sure your pet feels comfortable and cared for by providing lots of love, feeding, walks, playtime, and attention. I’ll also help keep things tidy along the way so your home is just as you left it.
About: I have had a dog since I was born. I am an animal lover. Currently, I have a golden doodle puppy that I am trying to train. I have pet sat for neighbors many times. I've taken care of dogs, cats, bunnies, and birds. I'm currently home waiting to head off to college. I don't have a job and have lots of free time, so my schedule is extremely open and flexible. I can walk them, play fetch with them, cuddle them and give them so much attention. If there are crates I need to put them in I can do that I also crate my dog at home. If your dog needs a friend, I can bring over my golden doodle puppy who never stops playing!
“My 5 year old doodle has been walking with Jailene for over a week now. We decided our pup needed more midday exercise than we could provide, so Jailene swooped right in to come on time everyday: friendly, confident, professional, and no frills. My dog even looks cool walking with her! They get an uphill mile in each weekday for 30 mins and our pup comes back worked, happy, and relaxed. It's been very easy to communicate with Jailene and we trust that our dog is in good hands.”

“Laura was a kind and reliable dog-walker for my pup! She is a prompt communicator and provides updates and photos. I am happy to have found Laura and will contact her again for any future dog walking or boarding requests. Highly recommend! Thank you Laura!”

“I cannot recommend Camille enough, she is a great walker/sitter. From day one, she treated my pet like family. I always felt completely at ease knowing my fur baby was safe, loved, and well cared for. She. Is reliable, communicative, and genuinely care about animals. I got regular updates, photos, and peace of mind every single time. If you’re looking for someone you can truly trust with your pet, this is the one!”

“Courtney has been great with walking our 2 year old dog Boba! She is on time, great at communication, and very friendly and patient with our pup. She took the time to get to know all the little quirks of our puppy and every morning Boba is excited to see her. Highly recommend Courtney :)”

“I couldn’t be happier. I will definitely use Catherine again. She was right on time and sent a bunch of pictures to keep me informed on how my dog was doing and where they walked. My dog was in great spirits when I came home which I chalk up to having a nice time with Catherine.”

“Amelia has been great and very patient with our little Daisy. She is a great communicator and makes us feel super comfortable when she spends time with Daisy. So glad to have someone reliable and so kind to help us!”

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs for many years, including my own large-breed dog, so I’m very comfortable with pets of all sizes and personalities. I’m patient, responsible and calm in any situation, and I make sure every dog feels safe, understood and well cared for. Owners trust me with feeding routines, potty schedules, long walks, playtime and keeping their dogs relaxed while they’re away. I pay close attention to each dog’s needs — whether they are energetic, shy, or still learning. My goal is to give your pet a comfortable, stress-free stay and to keep you updated with photos and messages throughout the day I live with my Rottweiler and provide calm, structured, and attentive care in a home environment. Madison was SO great with our older dog, River. From the first meet and greet I knew we had found someone special because River loved her so much. We came home from an 8 vacation to a dog who looked happy and not at all stressed out - all thanks to Madison! Thank you SO much!!
This is the second time I have booked a walk with Carissa for both my pugs. She responds very quickly and good communication. She followed the instructions we asked for our pups and appreciated that she let us know how the walks went along with pictures. Would book again in the future!

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
