About: I grew up with dogs, and recently had to say goodbye to my own dog after nearly 15 years together. I am a huge dog lover and looking to fill the void of being a pet owner by taking care of neighborhood dogs and taking them on walks and open to pet sitting and drop ins as well! I am happy to watch well mannered, fully potty trained dogs who are known to be good with children. Please ensure your pet is up to date on their flee medication & ensure they are free of flees prior to drop off. For dogs over ~40 lbs: Dog over 40 pounds taken on case by case basis. I specialize in laid-back, family-friendly large breeds and doodle-type mixes. I’m not currently taking high-drive protection breeds. I work from home M-F and am typically home most weekends, a flexible schedule would be best for me since I sometimes will have to work around my own meetings/family plans but am home 90% of the time. I am an incredibly cautious person and would often give dog sitters a 1 page note on what to be careful for with my own dog when they would watch her so I understand the importance of safety, locking up, following owners instructions and being a good communicator. I always loved a little pic/text confirmation that my loved one was being well taken care of and I am happy to do the same.

About: I am 31 years old and have been a dog / cat lover & owner my whole life! I have grown up with dogs and cats, and I love each and every one of them. I currently have two mini Australian Shepard’s and one rescue cat who bring me so much joy, even though they are high energy handfuls! I live in West Adams in close proximity to various parks. I am more than willing to go on runs, walks, or whatever your pet needs in order to get the exercise and play time they need! I am available at various times throughout the day (I work remotely most of the time) and anytime after 6 pm Monday - Friday, and usually any time on weekends as well. I care deeply about animals and am committed to making their time away from their loved ones as comfortable and fun as possible. I typically have 1 or 2 short meetings a day between 9-6, and the rest of my time can be spent caring for pets. I care for pets based on their specific needs. This is why it is important to get adequate info prior to staying with or walking your pet. This includes medication and feeding schedules, exercise and training needs, and how affectionate or playful they are. I am perfectly comfortable with dogs and cats of all sizes and energy levels.

About: I have been lucky enough to take care of animals for over 12 years. My first job was at an animal shelter where I was responsible for feeding, medication, walks and training dogs on how to acclimate to a new home. Since then I have worked in every aspect of animal care including sitting (12 years), training (10 years) and grooming (4 years). A proud pet parent myself, I will treat your animal as family. I am currently project based, and as such am available full time to take care of pet's needs. Extended stays (7 days or more) will require more notice than others. I know that pets thrive with routine. I will do everything I can to make your pet feel completely at ease in your absence and will send photos and progress reports every day. I also take safety very seriously, and no measure is too much in order to make sure your house and pet are secure and well taken care of.

About: I’m a college student and federal employee who has been impacted by the second government shutdown this year, so I’m using my time off to do honest work helping people care for their pets. I recently cared for my family friend’s cat, Torby, for two weeks while they were out of the country. I handled feeding, fresh water, litter box cleaning, and playtime while making sure he felt safe and comfortable at home. I’m responsible, attentive, and happy to follow your pet’s specific routine so they stay relaxed while you’re away :) I’m available to walk pets Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 2pm–5pm. I can also be flexible if you reach out at least a week in advance so we can plan a time that works. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my priority. I follow all instructions closely and make sure pets are well cared for during our time together. If your dog enjoys social walks, you can also drop them off to walk alongside my friendly 8-month-old beagle named Buddha. He’s very playful and gentle and loves making new dog friends!
