About: I’ve grown up around dogs since I was 2 years old and caring for animals has always been a big part of my life. I’ve spent years babysitting and caring for family and neighborhood dogs, so I’m comfortable with different personalities, sizes, and energy levels! I love staying active, going on walks, and making sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. I’m currently home for summer break from college, which gives me a very flexible and open schedule throughout the week. I have plenty of time to give your pup the attention they deserve, including multiple bathroom breaks, walks, playtime, feeding schedules, and lots of care throughout the day. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine, and I’m able to accommodate a variety of needs and schedules. I have a fenced backyard and three super friendly dogs who love meeting new friends. Your pup would be treated like part of the family, with plenty of playtime, attention, and care. Your pup would sleep comfortably inside the home, and crating can absolutely be accommodated upon request to match your pet’s routine and needs.
About: I worked as a vet tech for 6 years and dog grooming for 4 years. Ive had dogs my whole life. I can't wait to meet your family member! I love walking and what's better than walking? Walking with a loving friend of the family. I will drop everything for a dog in need. I always make sure to keep open communication with the owners and other family members. Also I love sending little photos or videos of us :)
About: I’ve always loved dogs and cats and am often the go-to pet sitter for my family. I have experience caring for pets of different ages and personalities, including helping senior family members with bathing, feeding, walking, and providing companionship for their pets. I understand that every pet has unique needs, and I take the time to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I am reliable, patient, and committed to treating every pet as if they were my own. After 26 years working in an office environment, I decided it was time for a change and to do something I truly enjoy. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I love dogs, being active, and spending time outdoors. I enjoy going on walks and providing pets with the attention, exercise, and companionship they need. Caring for animals gives me a sense of purpose, and I love knowing that I’m helping both pets and their owners feel happy, comfortable, and cared for. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities. I understand that every pet has their own personality, routine, and needs, which is why I make it a priority to carefully follow all instructions provided by pet parents. Whether it’s feeding schedules, medications, exercise, or special care requirements, I will make sure your pet receives the attention and care they are accustomed to. I treat every pet with patience, kindness, and respect, as if they were my own.

About: I’ve spent years caring for the cats and dogs of friends and family — handling feeding routines, daily walks, drop-ins, and keeping pets happy and comfortable when their people are away. I’m calm, attentive, and treat every animal like my own. Your pet will always feel safe, loved, and right at home with me. Pet care is a priority in my routine, not an afterthought. My schedule is flexible and mostly open, which means I can show up consistently and give your pet the time and attention they actually deserve! When I’m in your home, I treat it with the same care and respect I’d want for my own. Your pet stays in their own space, surrounded by everything familiar — their smells, their favorite spots, their routine. I follow your lead on feeding, walking schedules, and any specific needs your pet has. I match my energy to theirs — calm and quiet when they need to decompress, playful and engaged when they’re ready for it. Your home stays tidy, your pet stays comfortable, and you stay informed the whole time!

“Kristina was early and has a pleasant demeanor. I can tell she loves animals and she had a great time with the cats. My dog Freja is shy but at the end of the walk she was sniffing her out. Thank you.”

“Allen was very professional and cordial. He was very open with communication and vibed with our dogs. I would recommend him to anyone that expects the level of care our furry family members deserve.”

“My 5 year old doodle has been walking with Jailene for over a week now. We decided our pup needed more midday exercise than we could provide, so Jailene swooped right in to come on time everyday: friendly, confident, professional, and no frills. My dog even looks cool walking with her! They get an uphill mile in each weekday for 30 mins and our pup comes back worked, happy, and relaxed. It's been very easy to communicate with Jailene and we trust that our dog is in good hands.”

About: Fur Baby Caretaker LLC OUT OF TOWN AUGUST 14th-17th!! I’ve absolutely adored animals since I was 4yrs old. I started getting educated on animals at a young age and knew my dream was to work with animals. I started my professional career in the industry in 2017. I worked at a dog daycare and boarding facility for a year, then moved on to a facility for dogs and cats, which I worked at from 2018-2022. Over the years at these facilities, I’ve learned about proper care, training and grooming techniques for dogs, and care for cats. I have plenty of experience working with different breeds of dogs from the smallest teacup poodle, to the chunkiest bulldog, to the biggest Great Dane. I’ve worked with many different breeds, sizes and personalities in large daycare groups, so I’ve learned how to manage different demeanors in different settings. With cats, I understand their boundaries and don’t like to force any interaction on them, but if they are comfortable with it I give them lots of love. I’ve also volunteered at a shelter for dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, and rodents. At the shelter, I focused on learning how to properly care for rodents and cats. *I don’t discriminate against any pet’s breed, size, age, medical condition, etc. I treat them all with the best care.* **I am able to dispense oral medication to pets if necessary. I AM NOT CERTIFIED TO GIVE INJECTION (NEEDLE INVOLVED) MEDICATION** I work part time in Gardena in the afternoon-evening Mon-Fri, but typically am home or close by during most of the day and on weekends. I tend to stay local when running errands. My apartment is gated and a code or key is needed to enter the premises. We have a large grass area right out front, which is not gated. There’s plenty of grass and parks in the neighborhood to go to during walks. My apartment is on the second floor with the luxury of having the parking garage underneath me, so your pet running around the house won’t disturb anyone! I stay alert and aware of my surroundings at all times for safety purposes. I have multiple rooms and gates to separate pets when necessary (feeding, bedtime, rest breaks…etc.) My pets are flea treated regularly and stay up to date on their vaccines. **IMPORTANT NOTICE BELOW!!! In order to keep my home a healthy and clean environment for all, IF PETS ARRIVE WITH FLEAS I require a $50-$100 cleaning fee AND a flea bath may apply with a MINIMUM charge of $38/pet bathed. I HIGHLY recommend flea treatments and checking your pets for fleas BEFOREHAND to avoid additional charges. ADDITIONALLY, if your pet causes any damages to my property there will be a MINIMUM charge of $25 for repairs/replacements.**
“Sarah was able to help us last minute and did a great job communicating with us while we were at a music festival. Sarah sent pictures and updates throughout the visit. She also played with our dog to help relive energy.”

“Elaine is professional and fabulous! You can tell she really cares if it’s a good fit. Lyla loved her and she did a great job! Thanks Elaine!!!! Definitely using it this walker again!”

About: 8 years experience in in-home dog and cat sitting, including overnight stays, walks around the neighborhood, feeds, playtime, and as much love and care as if it were my own pet. 💛 I have many references I would love to share upon requested, as most of my pet experience has been booked outside of rover and by word of mouth! 😊 Current Clinical Counseling Master's student working at a therapy practice two days a week. About: Hiiiii! I’m Taylor — a lifelong dog and cat mom with a true passion for giving pets the individualized care they deserve. I’ve had dogs and cats for as long as I can remember, and for the past decade of adulthood I’ve always owned at least one of each. I’m extremely comfortable with all ages, personalities, and care needs. I have extensive experience with senior and medically fragile pets. I cared for my senior cat (Mariah Kitty like Mariah Carey) with stage 4 kidney disease for 6 months, administering fluids, medications, and daily monitoring until she passed. Because of that experience, I’m very confident with special instructions, routines, and gentle medical care. I currently care for two purebred pets with specific needs — a corgi with early-onset arthritis and a Persian cat who requires regular eye cleaning, coat upkeep, and hygiene care (you know what I mean by hygiene care if you have a long haired pet..). This has taught me patience, detail-oriented care, and how to keep pets calm and comfortable even when tasks aren’t their favorite. Whether your pet needs slow walks, daily medication, extra brushing, enrichment, or just someone loving and reliable to hang out with them, I’d love love LOVE to help. I know how much trust it takes to leave your pets with someone, and I treat every animal I watch like one of my own. I was recently laid off so other than trips to go visit my family out of state and job searching, I am available to care for pets morning to evening! I can wake up early and stay up late if your family needs it. I provide care in your home only, so your pets can stay in their familiar environment and routine. I always adapt to whatever schedule, rules, and preferences your pet is used to — meals, walks, medications, potty breaks, playtime, crate time, bedtime routines, and anything else you need. For house sitting: I maintain your pet’s normal daily rhythm and keep your home clean, safe, and secure. I give plenty of companionship, enrichment, and calm presence, especially for pets with anxiety or special needs. They can feel when our energy is off you know? For drop-in visits: I make sure your pet gets bathroom breaks, fresh food and water, medication if needed, and lots of attention. I also handle small things like litter scooping, brushing, basic cleaning, and photo updates so you always know how your pet is doing. I promise I will send you the BEST content while you're missing them! For dog walking: I tailor the walk to your dog’s age, speed, and mobility — whether they need a slow stroll, a structured walk, or a little extra exercise. Safety is always the priority, and I keep your dog on-leash unless you specify otherwise. My goal is to make your pets feel comfortable and cared for while giving you complete peace of mind.
About: With over 15 years in animal care, I've worked as a dog walker, independent pet sitter, and in an animal hospital assisting with exams, giving medications, insulin, and fluids for pets with kidney disease. Originally from NYC, where I ran my own pet care business, I now bring my skills and dedication to Carson. I enjoy the outdoors with my small dog Flint. I love visiting animal sanctuaries and supporting local shelters and TNR organizations throughout LA. Your pets will receive expert care, a safe environment attached with a warm welcome from my two social and friendly cats (Butter’s and Wednesday) & my playful dog Flint. I am currently pursuing my bachelors taking online, which gives me the flexibility to arrange my schedule as needed to accommodate your pet care needs. I give every pet plenty of playtime and outdoor time, a reliable feeding schedule, and attentive care tailored to their needs. I also provide seat belts for safe commutes as well as pet strollers during our walks for those senior babies or those with disabilities. If your pets are used to having play dates with their local furry friend or have a specific dog park that they enjoy more then others, I will make sure that they're schedule and day to day activities look unchanged while your away. In my home or yours, they'll enjoy a clean, safe and loved environment.
About: I have been in the vet industry for 5 years as a vet assistant/technician and currently in college to further my veterinary career. I absolutely love all animals and I am only working part time due to my schooling so I have extra time to spend with new fur babies! I have much experience with big & small dogs, shy, anxious and frightened dogs due to my work I know exactly how to approach and treat a dog and to build that trust and bond :) I have always owned all types of dogs and many cats since a child and now have a frenchie and cat of my own that I adore. I am currently working part time and create my own work schedule so I have plenty of time for last minute and scheduled pet care! Having a dog of my own who is not dog friendly all of the time, I know the importance of keeping them at a safe distance with others or when it is socially safe and acceptable for them to interact with other dogs and humans. From working in an environment with dogs that clients leave with us to keep safe I know the importance of doors to be closed as possibly when entering a home and keeping a leash on at all times. Safety will always be my top priority!
