About: I have owned dogs and cats my entire life! I volunteered for the Indianapolis Humane Society for 2 years where I gained experience walking dogs of all energy levels and sizes. I also have experience dog walking for my friends and family. I love all dogs and cats and I am excited to spend time with yours! I am currently home from college for the summer and I am not working, so I have a lot of time to care for your pets! I am available any day of the week or the weekend. My house has a fenced in yard and I do not currently own any dogs and cats, so your pet is more than welcome to stay at my house for the day. I am aware of near by emergency pet care facilities in case of emergency. I am very conscious of how I hold the leash when walking and I ensure that all doors and windows stay shut.

I've had a lifelong fascination with animals and zoology that led me to learning as much as I could about animals. I've been particularly fond of canines, leading me to become a certified dog behaviorist in 2020. I've had 2 dogs of my own, both mid sized mixed breeds, and helped take care of family and friends pets, dogs as small as chihuahuas and large as rotties. I'm self employed and work from home. I'm very flexible and can adjust to specific feeding or medicine times, and can keep near constant supervision if need be. I feel strongly about pets being treated with kindness and patience. We have a fenced yard for safe outdoor time and potty breaks, and Ash runs regularly and is happy to take dogs out for exercise when appropriate. We’re equally happy to provide walks, playtime, snuggles, and always have a calm home environment to meet your dog’s needs. One note: with two young kids at home (ages 4 and 6), we can only host dogs who are comfortable around children. Pet care fits naturally into our days.
