“Mari was great with our pet, Mali G. He is quick to respond and Mali G really enjoyed their walks this week. We received the report cards and it was easy to communicate via the Rover app. We look forward to having our pet in good hands with Mari the next time, he is great with pets!”
About: I grew up with cats and dogs and have been a pet sitter for friends, family, and colleagues for over a decade. I have hands-on experience working as kennel staff in a veterinary office that also provided dog and cat boarding. Through this experience, I learned a lot about pet care, different breeds and temperaments, and animal medical care. I also previously worked at a dog and cat grooming business. Both these jobs taught me attentiveness and calmness around animals. I am confident in caring for cats and dogs, including walking, playing, feeding, administering medications, following instructions, and maintaining their routine while giving them lots of love. I am comfortable with puppies/kittens all the way to senior animals. I pride myself in being reliable and building trust with both pet and owner. I treat every pet like my own and prioritize clear communication so owners feel at ease while they’re away. Depending on the service(s) needed, I am potentially available any day of the week. I work a typical 9-5 job Monday through Friday, but I am able to work remote at least once a week and to leave for breaks to go back and give dogs a potty break or administer medications. If I am pet sitting on a remote work day, then I will work from wherever your pet is. I take pet care seriously and will be sure to communicate my schedule and follow as closely to what your pet is used to. I can pet sit at your home so that your pets can remain in a familiar location. I respect that the home belongs to you and your pet(s). I will be sure to follow the given instructions regarding the home and the pet care. I prioritize keeping your pet's routine as consistent as I am able to and make sure they receive both basic care (food, water, bathroom) as well as attention, play, and affection.
“We had the great service of Gianna for the second time for dog walking services. She was comforting to us knowing that she would take care of our dog’s exercise needs while we were out of town again. She was always prompt and kept tabs on the weather. We hope to utilize Gianna’s services again in the future!”

About: Ever since I was a little girl I’ve always prefer preferred animals over humans! I’ve had cats, dogs, rabbits, hamsters, and I’ve never met a species of pet I don’t like! I’ve cleaned litterboxes, taken care of sick cats and dogs, walked and bathed dogs, and am constantly doing research to know more about our four legged family members! I currently work for myself and make my own hours, so I’m very flexible during the week! I have four cats of my own and one beloved nephew-puppy I often help care for. I’ve taken care of pets my whole life! I can provide a clean and safe environment for animals such as puppy proofing, litterbox cleaning, dish cleaning, and accident clean ups while also providing other services to keep your four legged friends happy and healthy such as walks, play time, and whatever you feel your pet may need.
About: I have experience working with all types of dogs in several settings. I have been trusted as a dog walker for breeds of many sizes and temperaments and pet sitter for both daily and overnight stays for dogs of all ages. I have loved it all! I am currently a full time college student and part-time volunteer, which means my availability is primarily dictated by my class schedule. During school months, I am most available in the afternoons and evenings, but over breaks I am much more free! I currently live in a dorm and am therefore unable to bring your pet into my living space, but am willing to use my car to transport your dog(s)!
“Erin was an amazing help last minute for a dog walk for our pup Hugo! I appreciated her quick responses, details of the walk & pictures. Thank you so much Erin!! We will definitely have you back sometime soon to visit Mr Hugo!”

“I am so happy that I was introduced to Karissa through my regular Rover dog walker… she is amazing!!! It was instantly clear in our meet and greet that she loves fur babies of all kinds and would take great care of mine while I’m away. I am so appreciative of her extra effort and willingness to drive a very long distance (twice a day!) so my dog can enjoy his long walks/fetch sessions- most people would never do that. She is punctual, reliable, thorough, quick to answer messages, and very caring- my highest recommendation 💖.”

“Allison is incredible. She was able to walk my pup on such short notice and was so great. She’s kind and very good with dogs. My pup loved her and received great care. Will definitely turn to Allison again.”
“Lydia has been such a life saver for me! I recently moved to Indy from out of state and needed to find someone to take my sweet German Shepherd, Arya, on walks and play with her since I’ve been working long hours. Lydia also has a Shepherd, which really puts me at ease since they are such high energy pups! She has now been walking Arya regularly and I’m so happy to have her. She always gives me a report and takes photos of Arya, which just makes me smile and know she’s in great hands. 🙌”

About: I specialize in caring for dogs of all ages, breeds, and sizes. I administer medications, provide puppy training, and ensure happy moments—whether cuddling or hiking in the park! I grew up with a plethora of different breeds and personalities of animals and have been able to connect with all of them. I currently work full-time in downtown Indianapolis, Monday-Thursday from 8 am-5:30 pm, so my availability would be outside of those hours for those days. Friday-Sunday, I have open availability. I have two cats of my own who are indoor-only. I am not able to bring outside cats or dogs into my own home.
“Raven is very nice, quiet and unobtrusive. She has been flexible figuring where to walk my dogs with all the snow on the ground. I really look forward to the days she comes to walk the dogs!”

About: I’ve always loved dogs, and while I don’t currently have a pup of my own, I enjoy spending time with furry friends whenever I can. I have experience both owning dogs and caring for friends’ and family members’ pets, so I understand how important it is to find someone reliable who treats your dog like family. I have a flexible schedule, which means I can work around your dog’s needs—whether it’s daily walks, playtime, or overnight care. Your dog’s safety, happiness and routine will always be my top priority. I’d love the chance to get to know your pup and help give you peace of mind while you’re away! I am currently in between jobs and have a very flexible schedule, so I am very available on weekdays and weekends to take your pet for long walks. I have a fenced in yard with room to run around and lots of squirrels that the dogs I’ve watched have enjoyed watching and chasing around. I currently don’t have any pets, so I’d be able to give your pup all of my attention.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ CJ did an amazing job walking our dog! He even took the time out of his own schedule to come meet her beforehand, learn her personality and behavior, and make sure she was comfortable with him before the walk. That meant so much to us! CJ is professional, reliable, communicates quickly, and you can tell he genuinely knows and loves dogs. He has experience with all types of breeds, big or small, and made us feel completely comfortable trusting him with our fur baby. I highly recommend CJ to anyone looking for a trustworthy and knowledgeable dog walker. We will definitely be using him again! 🐾❤️

Amber is Amazing! I am a healthcare worker, so I had to go to work during the snowstorm last week. But Amber never missed a day of taking care of My Honey. One day she even had to walk to my house, because her car was snowed in. Even on the worst days, the snow and the bitter cold, she still showed up. I can’t say enough good things about her. I feel so lucky to have found Amber, happy to have a caregiver nearby and her dedication to caring for my pup makes me a lifelong client. Thank you Amber!!

Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy.
