“Due to a recent change in employment it meant our dog was going to be left alone a few days a week. He has some separation anxiety and we’ve only had him 5 months so we were delighted to have found Haley to come and walk Boscoe and spend some time with him. Haley came prepared with questions for our meet and greet and was accommodating to our request to start a week earlier than we had originally requested. If it’s raining and he’s not feeling a walk she does enrichment activities with him. I love the recaps of their time together and the pictures she sends. Haley is very quick to respond to requests. We have a ongoing booking with Haley for weekly walks!”

About: Hi, my name is Evan and I'm 20 years old. I've taken care of family members dogs and I have a dog of my own at home! I am a rising Senior at Butler University majoring in Dance Arts Administration. I am in Philadelphia for the summer and would love to take care you your dogs! l work 9-5 Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday and can take dogs for an evening walk. so work from home Wednesdays and Fridays and have a more flexible day. My dog at home has his own needs as an older dog, so I am very good with giving medications and caring for dogs. My dog is also a runner, so I am always aware of keeping a close watch on dogs and making sure they are safe and where they need to be.

About: I grew up with cats and dogs and have been a pet sitter for friends, family, and colleagues for over a decade. I have hands-on experience working as kennel staff in a veterinary office that also provided dog and cat boarding. Through this experience, I learned a lot about pet care, different breeds and temperaments, and animal medical care. I also previously worked at a dog and cat grooming business. Both these jobs taught me attentiveness and calmness around animals. I am confident in caring for cats and dogs, including walking, playing, feeding, administering medications, following instructions, and maintaining their routine while giving them lots of love. I am comfortable with puppies/kittens all the way to senior animals. I pride myself in being reliable and building trust with both pet and owner. I treat every pet like my own and prioritize clear communication so owners feel at ease while they’re away. Depending on the service(s) needed, I am potentially available any day of the week. I work a typical 9-5 job Monday through Friday, but I am able to work remote at least once a week and to leave for breaks to go back and give dogs a potty break or administer medications. If I am pet sitting on a remote work day, then I will work from wherever your pet is. I take pet care seriously and will be sure to communicate my schedule and follow as closely to what your pet is used to. I can pet sit at your home so that your pets can remain in a familiar location. I respect that the home belongs to you and your pet(s). I will be sure to follow the given instructions regarding the home and the pet care. I prioritize keeping your pet's routine as consistent as I am able to and make sure they receive both basic care (food, water, bathroom) as well as attention, play, and affection.

Throughout my life I have had 2 rottweilers and a Havanese with my family. I personally owned a black lab who lived to be 16 and now currently own a French Bulldog who is 6. I have watched many friend's and family's pitbulls, lab mixes, golden retrievers and doodle mixes. I have been around dogs my entire life and frequented social settings/dog parks with my dogs so I can easily recognize anxious/stressed behavior in dogs. I would love to walk or watch your puppy and treat them like my own! I currently work summer hours meaning my time is flexible. I typically work about 5 hours a day but I can leave and go back if needed. I currently do not work weekends. I will treat your pet like my own. My dog, Archer, is my baby. He is allowed on all furniture and we enjoy sitting on the porch and people watching. My dog has allergies and a sensitive stomach so I am used to watching what dogs eat/do around the house. I highly detailed oriented so feel free to leave detailed instructions and I will follow them to a T!
