Min was everything you could hope for and more when caring for our dog for a week. I knew right away from his description that our dog would be in good hands. Even still, Min exceeded our expectations, and our dog absolutely loved him. (We were a little worried that our dog wouldn’t want to come home.) Min was excellent in communicating any issues and always asked the right questions. He provided many photos and videos to our delight.
Katherin is/was amazing! We had two sets of dates, with only a few days in between, where we would be traveling outside the country. Being away from our babies for over two weeks is stressful enough and being that far away makes it even more so. But having Katherin to take care of them really put us at ease. And I think the best review was from the dogs who were VERY excited to be back at Katherin's when we dropped them off for the second set of dates. They came back happy and healthy. We got pictures and updates. Katherin was communicative and responded to our texts. She is great and we will leave our babies with her again in the future.
This is our second time leaving our dog, Rocky, with Yuliia. He is an older dog and I know she gives him lots of extra attention to keep him comfortable. Yuliia’s great communication and updates are also so helpful throughout the booking process and while we are away to know how Rocky is doing. Would definitely recommend her as a caring and attentive sitter.
We couldn't be happier with the care Shahrzad provided for our two terriers during our week away. From the very beginning, it was clear she truly loves dogs, she treated ours like her own. They instantly felt secure and comfortable with her, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were gone. Throughout the week, Shahrzad kept us updated with messages and photos, showing just how relaxed and happy our pups were in her care. She went above and beyond, not just with the basics but by genuinely bonding with them. It was clear she understood their personalities and routines, and they came back to us happy, calm, and clearly well loved.
