The apartment was pretty much exactly as we left it. We booked the full hour each day, which was necessary because our cats are pretty independent and needed their individual playtime beyond just a quick checkin. We hadn’t used Rover before and had left some pretty detailed written instructions, and Briana followed them perfectly. We knew our cats were safe with her based on how much she shared every day. We would very much like to book with her again in the future when we travel.”

“Josh provides incredible care for my two dogs, Frank and Daisy Mae. While small in stature (dachshunds), they have huge personalities (diva egos) and they do not take kindly to everyone. They both LOVE Josh. He is very patient with them, especially on days when they are stubborn about going outside in the rain. They are 10 years old and he makes sure they get exercise without pushing them too hard. Sometimes a middle-aged dachshund just wants to lie down next to the apartment leasing office and get some sunshine on her belly and Josh gets that. He sends me updates on their wellbeing and fun photos of what they are up to while I'm at work. Like many of us, I could not do my job without reliable dog care. I know my pups are safe and happy while I'm at work because Josh is coming to take care of them at lunchtime.”
