Growing up, I was responsible for helping care for three family dogs, including feeding, walking, playing with them, and making sure they were happy and well cared for. I also grew up around cats, as my mom had several throughout the years, so I'm very comfortable caring for cats of all ages and personalities. Today, I have a cat of my own, so I understand the daily responsibility and attention that pets need. I'm patient, dependable, and genuinely enjoy spending time with animals. Whether your pet needs exercise, playtime, companionship, or simply someone to keep them safe and comfortable while you're away, I'll treat them with the same love and care I give my own pets. My schedule is very flexible, and I'm available seven days a week, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and overnight stays. I work on my own schedule, so I can usually accommodate last-minute bookings as well. Whether you need someone for a quick check-in, daily visits, overnight care, or extended pet sitting, I'll do my best to be there whenever you need reliable care for your pet. Your pet's safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities. I keep my home clean, organized, and pet-friendly. I currently care for my own cat, who is spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and well loved. I make sure all of my houseplants are non-toxic to pets, keep anything potentially dangerous out of reach, and provide plenty of toys, enrichment, and a cat tree for play and relaxation. I'm attentive to each pet's individual needs and always make sure they have fresh food and water, a clean space, exercise, affection, and plenty of attention. I also have experience helping cats socialize through supervised playdates with friends' cats, so I understand how to create a calm, safe, and positive environment. About: Double the dog love! We are one life long dog owner and one life long dog lover happy to provide care for pooches of all shapes and sizes. We've dog sat for puppies who had never been left home alone before all the way to a fourteen-year-old terrier, partially deaf and blind in one eye. We're adept at tailoring care to each dog's specific needs, energy level and instruction. We are generally available with preferred evenings and weekends for the initial meet and greets. Check our calendar for exact availability. We generally prefer to host a dog for a minimum two nights. We both work from home so we are home M-F; 9-5. Frequently home and checking on Fido on weekends and of course waking up and going to sleep with them in the home. Walks throughout the day as well as play and naps. We make sure to pay attention to habits and preferences of Fido - feeding times, walking times, toy preferences as well as sleep times and if dogs are allowed on furniture.

When I was younger I volunteered at Furkids for about four years, so you could say taking care of animals has always been a part of my life. Petsitting is one of the best jobs I've ever had — I love meeting all of the different fur babies! I love how dogs bring out the joy in people. Even in stressful situations dogs and other animals have this amazing ability to make you forget your worries and just enjoy the moment. That's what it's like every day with my little guy Buckley. He is the joy of my life. I mainly have experience sitting for cats and dogs, but if you happen to have a bearded dragon lying around I wouldn't mind throwing a couple of crickets his way, too! Other than dogs, I have offered care for cats, fish, and birds. I absolutely loved sitting for cats. When they decide they like you, it feels like you've won the lottery. I'm definitely open to care for other types of animals, especially cats. It's so great to see their personality emerge once the shyness dies down. On Fridays during the summer I work from 7:30a to 2:30p. SAT-SUN: On weekends I am completely free. PLEASE NOTE: Drop-in visits do not include a walk around the neighborhood. Drop-in visits entail a home visit where I would give your pets love, attention, care and food. I would also let them out into your fenced in yard if you have one. Thank you! About: My family has always had animals of all kinds, especially cats and dogs. I currently have two cats! I grew up walking dogs as well. I am a grad student so I have a flexible work schedule! I can make most times work inclurong daytime, evening, and weekend slots. If you don’t see something that works, message me and we can figure something out! I will be happy to drop in on your pets and keep them company, take them for walks, whatever is needed. I cannot board in my own home though!
