“Shannon is a great cat sitter who goes above and beyond! During the water crisis when it was unsafe to drink, she even brought bottled water to refill the cat’s water bowl! Another time we ran out of canned food for our cats and she went ahead and brought some of her own.”

About: I’ve been around dogs most of my entire life and started helping care for them at a very young age. While living with my father, we had multiple dogs and raised them from puppies into their senior years. My responsibilities included feeding, walking, bathing, and general daily care. I’ve had experience with a variety of breeds, including Boxers, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Beagles, Labrador Retrievers, Great Danes, and Dobermans. Some of the German Shepherds were trained in basic obedience, and I helped support that training. My fathers dad was a police officer and had working dogs, including a Great Dane and Doberman, and I would help care for them when he was away and spend time with them regularly. I’ve been caring for dogs since I was around 5 years old up until I moved in with my mom a few years ago. Even though I’m not currently living with dogs, I’ve continued to stay very comfortable and experienced around them and still have a strong love for animals and pet care. I am currently on summer break from college and have a very flexible schedule! I am available most days from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and can be flexible within that range depending on client needs. Since I am not currently working a job outside of my summer classes, I have plenty of time to dedicate to pet care, including walks, feeding, playtime, and potty breaks throughout the day. I am committed to being a reliable and caring pet sitter! I prioritize safety, trust, and following each pet owner’s instructions carefully while caring for pets in their own home. I am comfortable spending time outside in a fenced yard and will happily sit and play with your dog to make sure they get exercise and attention in a safe environment. I can also crate or kennel pets if that is part of their routine or preferred by the owner. I have experience with basic pet care routines, including administering medication when needed, taking them out for potty breaks, cleaning up, and following specific instructions exactly as given. I always make sure pets feel comfortable and secure while maintaining their normal habits as much as possible. I enjoy playing with pets and keeping them active throughout the day! I like using toys such as ropes for tug-of-war and fetch, as many of the dogs I’ve cared for in the past enjoyed those activities. My goal is always to keep pets happy, active, and safe while in my care.
“Triston was absolutely amazing! He was very punctual, caring, attentive, gave updates with pictures throughout every visit, stayed in contact, super accommodating, and flexible. My pup loved his time with a Triston! Will definitely book with Triston again.”

“Deja is kind, sweet, and caring. My boy loves her and I feel as if they have bonded. I trust her with my little pup while I have to be away for the day. She does exactly as needed and beyond. 10/5 :)”

“Wow this was my first time using Rover and must say it was great! Whitney, is the best person for a first-timer. It is evident Whitney loves dogs and dogs love her. Whitney kept me updated constantly with photos and daily routine. Whitney treated my Carly as her own which ease any anxiety I had and will be back, no question! Whitney is the BEST and I appreciate her so much for loving my Carly as much as I would. Thank you so very much! Mark M.”

“Audrianna was amazing dropping in to feed my fur babies while I was out on business for a week. Appreciate your frequent updates and the pictures of my pet while I'm away missing them. Thank you!!”

“We couldn't have picked a better sitter for our cat Peyton! Lindsey was so thorough with her daily visits and she sent lots of pictures and videos! Peyton can be a bit hesitant with new people but she took to Lindsey so quickly and loved her! Next time we need a sitter, we will ABSOLUTELY book Lindsey!”

“Briony was amazing with Cooper and he really enjoyed his time with her! It was my first time leaving him with a new person. She was very patient, communicative, supportive while I was away. She really went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable with the care she provided. Cooper had several hot spots that were in different phases of healing. She was very attentive to his care and made sure he got what he needed during every visit. Furthermore, after a power outage, my fridge had a leak. She communicated that to me asap and did what she could to ensure there was no additional damage. 10/10 would definitely recommend!!!”

About: Got you—this is a strong foundation already. I’m going to shape it into something that feels warm, trustworthy, and professional (while still sounding like you). Here’s a polished Rover profile you can copy and tweak: ⸻ 🐾 Rover Profile Bio Hi! I’m a dedicated and experienced animal lover with over 20 years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all sizes and temperaments. From tiny companions to strong, high-energy breeds, I’ve done it all—and I genuinely love every moment of it. I currently have a 14-year-old Pomeranian who has been a huge part of my life, and I’ve also helped raise a blue nose pitbull, so I’m very comfortable with both small and large breeds. My family has a mix of pitbulls, bullies, and smaller dogs, which has given me a well-rounded understanding of different personalities, needs, and behaviors. Over the years, I’ve also supported seniors in my community by caring for their pets—stopping by to walk, feed, and make sure their dogs get the attention and love they deserve. I make it a priority to take dogs out at least three times a day, ensuring they stay active, healthy, and happy. I truly enjoy spending quality time with animals—whether that’s playtime, quiet companionship, or just relaxing together while I read or unwind. I believe animals have a special, healing energy, and I treat every pet like family. I’ve also taken dog training classes, which helps me better understand behavior and maintain structure when needed. My background in the military has taught me discipline, patience, and how to stay calm and attentive in any situation—so you can trust that your pet is in safe, capable hands. If you’re looking for someone who is reliable, attentive, and genuinely loves animals, I’d be honored to care for your furry family member! Im currently retired from the military and a full time student. This gives me the ability to create my own schedule, allowing me free time to be flexible and reliable. Creating a safe, calm, and loving environment is always my top priority. I understand that pets can feel anxious when adjusting to a new person or routine, so I take a gentle and intentional approach to help them feel secure. I follow each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible to reduce stress. With owner approval, I can use toys or treats to help build trust and create a positive, comforting experience. I also make sure pets get regular outdoor time—whether for walks, potty breaks, or fresh air—to help them stay balanced and relaxed. I pay close attention to behavior and body language so I can respond to each pet’s needs. In homes with multiple animals, I’m mindful of group dynamics. If any tension comes up, I’m comfortable separating pets and creating individual safe spaces so each one can feel at ease. I enjoy both playtime and quiet time, depending on what your pet needs. Whether they’re energetic or more relaxed, I meet them where they are. I also completed a dog training course earlier in my experience, which gave me a strong foundation in understanding basic behavior and handling. Combined with my years of hands-on care, I’m confident in keeping pets safe, comfortable, and well cared for. My focus is always to create a peaceful, secure environment where your pet feels supported—and where you can feel confident they’re in good hands.
“Sean was our first experience hiring someone to look after our girls. He was extremely responsive, kept us updated, and spent time with our babies. One of them consistently had accidents while we were gone but Sean took care of it every single day no problem. He made sure to spend some time with them in the yard and gave them some brushing due to it being shedding season! Since he lives close to us, he would pop by in to check on them in the afternoon. One of our babies started showing some scary symptoms our last night of vacation and Sean cared as if it was one of his own babies. Sean was fantastic and we highly recommend hiring him!”

Deja was so amazing. Very tentative to Frank and communicated with me every step of the way. I definitely appreciate her style of care being as though Frank is an older guy and needs tender care and patience. Thank you! If you ever need a dog sitter she is what you are looking for.
