I have multiple dog parks and a Shitzu Poodle to keep your animals company! Also, I allow animals to freely roam but if a crate is needed, I have one myself!

About: I’ve grown up with pets my whole life and have a deep love for both dogs and cats. I’ve owned four dogs over the years and currently have three rescue pups of my own—including one foster “fail” (lesson learned: don’t foster puppies 😊). I’ve taken basic dog training classes and have worked with trainers over the years, so I’m comfortable handling different personalities, energy levels, and behaviors. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet, and I treat every animal like they’re my own—with patience, care, and lots of love. I have volunteered at animal shelters and have fostered many dogs over the years. I've learned a lot about dog behavior through that experience. I have given cats and dogs oral medication and have administered insulin shots to dogs. I require at least a week notice for all NEW client boarding and doggy daycare requests to allow for a meet and greet. I work from home most of the time. I am usually not away from home for more than 4 hours. During the fall semester, I am away on T/R for about 8 hours a day. I have a large fenced yard and 3 dogs at home. Two of my dogs are seniors and one is almost 3 years old with lots of playful energy. I also have a large finished attic space that I use for doggy play, especially when it's super hot/cold outside.

About: My wife and I have both grown up around and loved dogs our entire lives. She has experience as a vet tech, and a dog sitter. She is currently studying animal care and behavior at University to become an even better pet care giver! Over the years I have been a dog sitter or walker for family and friends many times. I also have experience with service dogs as my mother has one.I enjoy being active, so dog walks and playing with dogs is no problem! We are comfortable with cats, big dogs, small dogs, young dogs, old dogs, one dog, or many dogs, all are fine with us! Whether I am dog walking, just stopping by, or spending the weekend taking care of your pet, I will treat/him her like my own. I hope to hear from you soon! My wife and I both work from home and have flexible schedules. We are available on week days and weekends and can pet sit on holidays (pending availability on our calendar) In home we offer a large, fenced in back yard with a high fence. We also have 2 dogs of our own who love playmates and will keep your dog active. Our neighborhood is also well suited for walks with low traffic and a PATH trail. If you need your dog to be in a crate during the day or at night we can also accommodate that. We also have room dividers if we need to keep pets separated for any reason. My wife, Sarah, also has experience administering medication and we are comfortable with special needs pets. When making visits to your home for walks, check ins, or overnight stays please let us know your needs and we should be able to accommodate them.

About: I have been a dog groomer for 5 years. I worked out of Lynchburg, VA’s #1 dog salon. I provided grooming classes and puppy training (learn name, sit, stay, come, off leash, and potty training), on site as well. I have two toy dogs myself and have raised their 3 puppies and found loving homes for them all. One of which I get to see every time I visit grandma. I was trained in first aid for dogs. Week days I provide walks, boarding and dog grooming at my location. Weekends I provide in client’s home care, dog walking, and mobile grooming. Available most hours The dogs are free to room the house and I can also section them off with gates or kennels. Can play with mine or kept separate. Prefer medium (20lbs) and under in home. I have access to multiple dog parks in walking distance. Any size dog is fine for watching them at clients home. Dogs only go outside with secure leash and harness (is a must for adult and larger dogs). Cameras on property.
