She even went above and beyond when, due to flight delays and issues on our return trip home, we needed to have a friend stay unexpectedly for an additional night by washing our guest room linens and towels to make sure our friend had what they needed when she left. We did a meet and greet with Summer and in just a few minutes of interaction she dispelled any concerns we might have. She always wanted to know what we want and expect and never told us this was "her way". Communications and images were much more than we could have ever expected. Jamie was in good and loving hands. Shannon was very personable and flexible. Our flight up to NY was canceled 15min before she was supposed to come to our home. We had to arrange for a new flight which we couldn’t get until the next morning. She came anyway to go over certain instructions and reacquaint with our pups. Told her to return that same evening so she wouldn’t have to arrive very early the following morning. She was very amenable to all changes. Will use her again.
Thomas was wonderful! I had a last minute need to get a sitter and was stressed! Luckily Thomas was able to accommodate! He watched my apartment and pups while I was away and did great! Sent me photos and I felt good knowing my pets were safe. He also left my place clean, and bed made! Would recommend!
Jackie took great care of our dog and cat, giving them lots of care and affection. Both of our pets were happy and relaxed when we got home. Jackie sent updates and pictures throughout the stay, and left the house in pristine condition. Will absolutely use her again!
Solyane was beyond wonderful!! She took exceptional care of my senior dog and left my house in pristine condition (dog toys cleaned up, bed made and dishes washed & put away, ensured my dog didn't get on any of the furniture he's not supposed to). From the start I was impressed. Solyane came to meet Tucker to ensure it was a good match. She was early and waiting when I got home from work and we walked his normal route and I showed her the house setup. She asked thorough questions and gave updates 4-5x a day. I could tell by the pictures that my pup immediately became comfortable with her. I was especially appreciative that although my dog is leash reactive to other dogs, she was able to walk him during Peachtree road race weekend with no issues. Truly a 100/10 dog and house sitter!!
Alana stayed at our home to watch our 2 pups and cat. She was fantastic. From the time that I reached out until after the visit, she communicated every step of the way. She sent pics the entire time we were away. She’s very conscientious and caring… I never worried the entire time. And, I came back to happy pups and a happy kitty because they were so well cared for. Thanks Alana!
McKenna did a great job pet sitting for my Dog Lucy and Cat Leo! She followed my instructions well and reached out with any questions she had. She was very attentive with both animals making sure she was caring for them the best she can! I came home from a long vacation and felt like they were very happy and loved for while I was gone. Additionally she said over my apt some and was very clean! Will book McKenna again for future pet sitting!
Anne is a phenomenal sitter! She spent 2 weeks in our home with our 1 year old cats while we were out of the country on vacation. She sent tons of photos and updates/check ins on how our cats were doing throughout the whole trip and followed our care instructions precisely. She was incredibly respectful of our home, and our home looked exactly as we had left it when we came back. She also left a photo of our cats and a sweet personalized card which was such a lovely touch. We will absolutely book Anne again for future house sitting!
Dana watched two dogs in our home. She was very communicative before and during our trip, including arranging a handoff with another sitter. The dogs got good exercise and she quickly understood each dog’s personality and unique styles. House was perfectly cleaned up when I got back. Will definitely book her again!
Josh is excellent! He took the time to let our skittish pup warm up to him on her terms - although you could tell she liked him from the beginning. And even gave extra attention to our cat that became obsessed with home during his visits with Gracie. We will definitely be repeat customers!
