His communication was excellent - he responded quickly to messages and kept me posted with frequent updates about potty breaks, play time, meals, and nap time with lots of pics. He followed care instructions with ease. He is well experienced and showed great intuition on knowing when my puppy needed a little bit extra or less of something (e.g., sleep, play time) without me having to say it. My pup was having tummy troubles and had unexpected messy accidents needing clean up - Josh did not complain once (so sorry again Josh)! And he also cleaned up my place well beyond what was necessary before leaving, which was very much appreciated. I hope my puppy will have another chance to be watched by Josh in the future - he was such an attentive, caring, and responsible sitter.”

Maggie is a very sweet and easy dog but also is a rescue with a good bit of separation anxiety so she has not typically done very well when I travel in the past, even with people she knows. But Bryan was just what Maggie needed—she was perhaps even happier when I got back than before I left! Bryan was great about sharing daily check-ins and pictures and took excellent care of Maggie and my home. We will definitely be booking him again!”

She really paid attention to his needs and when he was having trouble acclimating, she quickly pivoted and changed her schedule so that he was more comfortable.
