I have two classes a day, 12-1pm and 3-4pm, where I will be training a dog but outside of that I pet sit/walk full time! This means that my schedule is flexible and I’m able to work with what you need at anytime outside of my class work. Also an early riser so if you need someone to swing by your home first thing in the morning I’m your gal!

Safety, trust & environment
I prefer to cater to the needs of each individual animal, if they don’t really like people or other animals I tend to stay and play with them in their homes or walk them around their neighborhood so they stay within an environment that they know. I will however take them for the day and walk trails and such with them if the owner says the animal is okay with that!
Information Marissa C. would like to know about your pet
I would just like to know if they have any medical needs, if they get along with other dogs or not, as well as what their triggers are. I have no medical or breed restrictions.
A typical day
It all really depends on the dog and what their needs are. There are so many beautiful trails in Georgia that I’d prefer to get out into nature with the dogs I’m watching! But I do know, as a pug owner and also a black lab owner, that sometimes the weather here is simply too hot for a long adventure so some inside playtime is required!

Pet care experience
Hello there! My name is Marissa and I’ve been taking care of animals for as long as I can remember. I stopped sitting for awhile and instead was working and volunteering with animal shelters but I’m back on rover, working at a dodgy daycare and even working towards becoming a dog trainer! I can promise that your fur babies will be treated like my own while in my care. If you have any questions please reach out 💕

Marissa is seriously the best. We had to take a quick trip out of the country and she was so accommodating. She communicated daily and sent photos and videos. Our pets love her so we’ll be using her again!

Marissa cared for our 4 fur babies for a few days and did a great job communicating with us and sending videos. She was very respectful of our space left the house cleaner than when we left. We’ll be reaching out to Marissa again in the future!

This was a horrible experience. Lack of communication on the sitter. I had no idea what was going on. When she left never updated me at all. When she arrived I was never notified.

Marissa is simply the best! She loves my pup and he loves her! I’m so grateful to have her as a sitter.
