About: I’ve been pet sitting since I was in high school and I am currently 29. I have had a few regular clients over the past ten years and am looking to get on Rover since several of my regular clients have sadly passed on. I have experience with older dogs and administering medication. I have 10+ years of experience with taking care of dogs. I have a hybrid job that allows me to work from home about 70% of the time. My weekends and evenings are also free. I would love to take care of your fur babies! Nothing sounds better to me than getting paid to take care of and love your dogs! I have an attention to detail that allows me to take care of your pets with the love and attention you would! I am able to stick to a schedule and accommodate any activities or needs that your dog has.
“Angela is a true professional at caring for pets. We have 2 Cats and a Box Turtle, the one Cat is elderly and required 2 visits a day. Angela never missed a beat taking excellent care of them in our home while we were on vacation for week. She was always there at our agreed times, spending quality time caring for our pets. We looked forward to her descriptive text message and pictures on Rover documenting visits. This was our 1st experience with Rover and thanks to Angela were planning more vacations in the future. Highly recommended!!!”

“Carolina has a special talent — her ability to make an immediate connection with my cat, Sunny, which I believe must extend to all animals! Throughout the week of checking in and spending time with Sunny, Carolina communicated with me and sent pictures. Sunny likes a lot of attention and affection. I could tell Carolina was giving Sunny what he needed. This was confirmed because when I came home, Sunny fell right back into his routine with me (which doesn’t always happen). I will definitely, 💯, use Carolina again!”

“Abby S. was great. She took care of our pets as requested. She sent pictures everyday. I was a little concerned, about having someone coming into my house, that I did not know. But Abby did great. She is a very trustworthy person. I will definitely use her again!”

“Katie did a fantastic job! She is highly dependable, kind, caring and trustworthy. She takes excellent notes and is able to problem solve. I highly recommend her! Thank you Katie!!”

“Matthias did a really great job by taking care of our 2 cats, he dedicated the time to play with them and look after them. We are so thankful to Matthias for given the extra mile.”

“My dogs are my children. I don’t trust many people with them. Cynthia is someone I trust with my dogs. She took excellent care of them. She was extremely thorough and detailed. She went above and beyond every interaction she had with my 2 dogs. I was gone for a week and I felt nothing but comfort knowing she was there for them. I highly recommend Cynthia. She’s amazing with animals and just has that way about her. My dogs warmed up to her almost instantly. She sent a ton of pictures to me and documented everything, making me feel very confident. My babies and I absolutely adore Cynthia!!!”

“Samantha is the best! We recently had the pleasure of working with Samantha, and I cannot recommend her enough. Leaving our two senior dogs, Iggy and Pip, in someone else’s care in our home was a new approach as we previously boarded them at pet hotels. They both have specific needs—picky eating habits, unusual routines, and require a bit of extra TLC due to their age. But Samantha handled everything with such compassion, attention, and professionalism that we were instantly put at ease. From our first conversation, she made the effort to really understand who Iggy and Pip are—not just their care instructions, but their personalities, comforts, and quirks. She was patient with Pip’s mealtime drama (he gets sick of different foods regularly) and attentive to Iggy’s anxious moments too. They each have their own routine, and she respected those down to the smallest detail. Throughout our time away, Samantha kept us updated with thoughtful messages and photos, which made all the difference. We came home to two happy dogs who clearly felt safe and cared for in her presence. If you have pets who need a little extra attention or just want peace of mind knowing your dogs are in the best hands, Samantha is it. We’re so grateful to have found her—and so are Iggy and Pip.”

“We had a sitter that moved away and she recommended Libby. She did an absolutely excellent job, was here when scheduled, and asked questions to verify things. I like that, better than guessing. The house was in great shape when we got home, cats were as happy as cats can be. We will absolutely be booking her again!!”

“Cerra did an amazing job! She was very accommodating last minute and was willing to come meet Abby before so she could see her beforehand. Abby is very cautious of people she doesn’t know but warms up fast and Cerra did a great job interacting with her. I would recommend her to others and book again if ever needed :)”

“Christina B. is wonderful. We are absolutely thankful we found Christina. She was recommended by my neighbor. Christina came for three days to take care of my fur baby Archie. He is a puppy so he has a lot of energy. Christina was very good with Archie and he loved spending time with Christina. She was very punctual, friendly, and trustworthy. Thank you so much Christina!”

Tyler was great! He was very friendly, easy to work with, and did great with my pets. He was flexible when I scheduled a meet and greet before the visit, and my pets immediately liked him, which says a lot, in my opinion! We would definitely recommend him as a sitter for anyone in the area!

Stephanie did a great job watching our GSP. Pictures were sent every day and it was clear to see he was getting attention and great play time. There was no issues with the holiday making the trip away more relaxed. She was flexible and communicated well as she did what was needed with her schedule keeping our pups needs in mind. Would recommend her and will be rebooking for our next trip.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone.
