I drop him off on July 14th in the late afternoon and pick him up on July 31st, also in the late afternoon. I knew she would do a great job taking care of and loving him as her own. I didn't have any hesitation while booking this boarding, as Sunisa and Eric, have always shown so much care for him. I left him for the first time in a very long time without me, but Sunisa made sure I was updated through pictures and comments. I left written instructions as Caramelo transitioned to a new food (very picky boy I have), I also left a chart to keep track of his eating schedules, business, and weight. Sunisa filled the whole chart with specific notes, which I appreciated. Also, when my husband and I, picked him up, he looked so happy, and fluffy and he put weight on him! something I have been struggling with since he was a puppy. I asked Sunisa to comb and brush his hair every other day, as he can get very matted hair, which is painful for him, she did it without ever telling me, that will cost me extra (I truly appreciate this kind of gesture, which I support well before leaving a review). I missed him to pieces and told her I was leaving part of my heart with her, she said, we know, we will take good care of him and keep up to date, we appreciate your detail-oriented care of your baby. Caramelo is still adjusting to being back home, little by little, as he is a velcro dog and he bonded with Sunisa and Eric, but that only shows me how much effort they put into his care. I received all his stuff beautifully packed, and a checklist indicating the items I was receiving back and the ones that were gone, because of use. I am very happy to see that she is thriving because of her hard work and dedication, and congratulate her for obtaining her sitter batch, as it was so well deserved. We used Anh for an extended stay, and she was great. Our dog posed some difficult challenges throughout the stay. Anh worked hard to overcome those challenges and even help us correct them long term. She is a hard worker that is very diligent in her efforts to ensure your dog is properly taken can of. I would highly recommend Anh.
Cricket couldn’t have been better cared for—and the evidence was in her smiling pics (of which there were many during our mutual vacations!) From the beginning of our communication, everything was seamless. I can’t recommend this great duo highly enough!!! If you don’t believe ME, just ask Cricket!!!! I think she can’t wait until her next visit!
Jennifer and Darren are amazing. Lula has had 2 stays now. Firstly she stayed for 5 nights and then recently a 3 night stay. Jennifer kept me updated with messages and photos every day. Lula loves staying with them and I would highly recommend booking your pet. Gutted that we are leaving Cambridge and will have to find a new sitter now in Florida. I just hope Lula settles as well as she has with Jennifer and Darren.
Ruya is wonderful! Her and her husband are big animal lovers and you can see it right away. They have been so attentive with my dog and kept communication consistent and clear. My dog came back so peaceful and well taken care of. They sent videos and pictures throughout the stay and cuddled and played a lot with him- which is all a dog mum wants!
William and his wife were incredible! They watched our 3.5 month old golden mix olive and she had so much fun I was afraid she wouldn’t want to come home. He was extremely communicative and sent consistent photos and updates. She adored their two Goldens and their trips to the park together. She also came home with freshly laundered linens, she herself smelled amazing and there was an enrichment toy that she took a liking to that William gave her. 10/10 would recommend and will plan on sending her to be with them in the future!
Linda was amazing!! She really made our pup feel at home, and sent exactly the right amount of pics and updates during the stay. She made sure to connect with us before the booking for a meet and greet to really get to know our dog and what her needs are. Seneca and Brian took amazing care of Max - we left him with them for 12 days and he returned happy, healthy and even a little reluctant to leave his new friends - great sign. He had a great time at their home, and they were also really flexible when we needed to do an extra day.
