About: Our family loves animals! We have a big yard, but our pets are usually in the house with us. Our kids (5 & 9) love to play with and help care for them. We are home during the day to accommodate various schedules. We homeschool, so we are extremely flexible to accommodate various schedules for drop-in visits or in-home care. Being home often also means pets will not be lonely! We have a good sized fenced yard with plenty of room to run! Our senior dog isn’t high energy, but us easy to get along with.
“Third time with Jenna and cannot say enough good things about her. I’ve used Rover a lot in a bunch of other locations too and she is by far the best sitter we’ve found. Lots of pics everyday and updates. Great easy drop off location.”

“Angel, our golden retriever, came back relaxed and happy after spending 3 nights in Caitlin's care. She had a good time and got a 3 mile walk one day which gave her a good night's sleep. We will be booking with her on our next trip.”

“We are really happy with how Britney cared for our pup. She responded very quickly and was a great communicator. She sent a pic and a video of him playing with her dogs. We will definitely be booking her again for care.”

“Amber and Savannah were absolutely phenomenal. I cannot imagine a better place to leave my pup. I will ALWAYS board Lulu with them. They took her running, to the river, off leash dog park... My dog was loved and had such a good time with them and their fur baby Nick, who is also a special dog. Thank you so much.”

“Claire was so great with our pup Hope! She kept us updated on Hope’s activities, sent us pics, and her communication was great. We could tell Hope had a great time with her & gidget! Would certainly recommend Claire!”

“Samantha was a great sitter for Winnie. She was incredibly communicative, sent frequent pictures of Winnie while we were away, and was honest and proactive about any troubles Winnie was having (Winnie struggles to eat when she’s stressed, so Samantha made her chicken to encourage her appetite). Samantha also has a great fenced in yard for puppers who love to be active and play fetch. We’d happily recommend her :)”

“Riley was awesome! Communication was great and she made me feel comfortable about leaving Jack. I would definitely recommend. I appreciated the updates and photos since Jack and I are rarely apart. I plan to book her again.”

“Summer was fantastic with our two labs. She was in daily communication and sent some amazing photos! Our girls were excited to see us when we picked them up but were very calm...a sign that they were well taken care of. Thanks Summer!”

“I can't say enough good things! Our 14 week old puppy had a wonderful time and really enjoyed playing with the other dogs. I received lots of photos and videos every day! Our pup came back after 3 days better at following sit and stay commands and even randomly knowing how to play fetch! She also came back tired and happy! If I lived closer I'd bring my pup here for daily doggy daycare. Thanks for taking care of my little love.”

“Bends Hidden Gem! My dog has such a blast with Jill. As she puts it, it’s like going to grandmas house. My dog got to play in her fenced in yard. Go for a walk through the neighborhood , jump up on the couch if he pleased and rummage through her toy bin! Her house stays quite cool in summer so it made for a good escape from the heat. Jill is an excellent communicator and has just a general love and passion for animals. I would highly recommend her for anyone.”

“Great communication, photos, and overall treated my dog like family. I could tell she was well cared for and happy to be there, which gave me such piece of mind on my trip. Our dogs also got along great and had so much fun playing together!”

I am a retired senior, who is very active, has my own springer spaniel dog, who is very friendly and we will provide lots of love. I have a beautiful fenced yard and plenty of space to run. Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Redmond
Summer was the best! This was our first time leaving our 6-month old puppy and Summer made it painless. She is so calm and comfortable with dogs: She knew all the right questions to ask, made sure that she met any of our pup’s special needs and took excellent care of him. She even slept on the sofa next to his crate! She had a nice well-fenced yard for play time and sent lots of photos of our boy having the time of his life. We highly recommend Summer.

Shelby is a great companion for Feli! She is welcoming and calm and Feli enjoyed her big fenced backyard. She especially enjoyed Shelby’s partner Jake and he backed her best friend as she followed him everywhere especially outside in the yard and napped on the deck! I would highly recommend Shelby as a companion and she was great for a five night sleep over! Thanks Shelby!!

Many sitters in OR ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
