Eliza was great. Very friendly, sent some photos of my boy while I was away, and understanding when there was a little mishap/mix up on my end. Gave a summary of his time there—easy experience and nice person.

This was Hope's first time with Eliza since our usual dogsitter was unavailable. It was a great experience. Eliza was responsive & communicative. She even sent a couple pictures. Hope seemed happy when I picked her up. Eliza was very friendly & accommodating. We will certainly use her again.
