About: Animals have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember, and caring for them truly lights me up! I’m a former small animal veterinary technician with 5 years of hands on medical experience caring for dogs and cats of all breeds, ages, and medical needs (this goes from energetic puppies to sweet senior pets who need a little extra love!) and have 28 years of experience handling and caring for many species. I provide high level care, ideal for pets who need consistency, medication support, or a calm, reliable presence. I hold a BS in Equine Science (animal husbandry) from Centenary University & Hartpury University. I have spent my life caring for a wide variety of animals, including horses, cats, and dogs + my own dogs. Sometimes even caring for 100+ horses at one time! I take care of all of my friends' dogs and animals when needed (Peep my friend's weenie named Stevie in my photos). Whether I’m riding horses in Colts Neck, working in a veterinary setting, or shark diving, I’m happiest when I’m surrounded by animals. I’m kind, gentle, playful, and very attentive! I treat every pet like family, and their comfort and happiness always come first. I currently live in Pier Village, which means dogs get safe, fun, and enriching walks along the beach and boardwalk. Now that I have graduated and have more free time after ending my vet tech career, I can't wait to be established in NJ! I can’t wait to meet you and your pet and provide loving, dependable care while you’re away! I made this account years ago but never ended up using it. Since letting my most recent beagle go over the rainbow bridge, I am not looking to adopt for a while but being able to care for other's dogs will bring me great happiness! My schedule offers full availability on Sundays and Mondays, with flexible availability Tuesday through Saturday (usually early AM & evenings). *Hours Tuesday - Saturday change every week (I get 2 weeks in advance notice for these specific days) & will most likely be morning and evening walks/drop-ins (I am not available MID-DAY for check-ins or walks)* I treat every pet as part of my family, whether they’re in my home or yours. In my care, pets get lots of love, gentle attention, and structured routines. I make sure they eat on time, get plenty of playtime, walks, and mental stimulation, and receive any medications or special care they need. I’m calm, patient, and playful, and I always pay close attention to each pet’s personality and comfort. In my home in Pier Village, pets enjoy safe, enriching walks along the beach and boardwalk, cozy spots to rest, and lots of cuddles and attention! I only host one dog in my care at a time to provide calm, focused, and personalized care for your fur baby:) Whether in your home or mine, I focus on keeping pets happy, safe, and stress free, giving them the love, care, and reassurance they deserve while their family is away. “We had the absolute best experience with Audrey watching our dog, Wyatt. We live in New York City and were heading to a wedding in New Jersey before embarking on a holiday weekend trip, so we needed someone we could trust to care for Wyatt for just for the evening. From the very beginning, Audrey was warm, friendly, and incredibly communicative. She asked thoughtful questions, put me at ease right away, and clearly wanted to make sure Wyatt would be completely comfortable. When we arrived, Audrey welcomed us into her home, which is wonderfully dog-friendly. She introduced us to her own dog as well as another pup she was watching, and then showed us her large, fenced-in backyard—an absolute dog paradise. Wyatt immediately ran around happily with the other dogs, and it was obvious how much he loved it there. Audrey even checked on his food preferences and allergies before offering him treats, showing her real care and attention to detail. Her mom was also there and was equally warm and welcoming, which made us feel even more at home. Audrey sent us photos so we knew Wyatt was happy, relaxed, and even eating his dinner (something he doesn’t always do in new places!). When we picked him up, he was calm, content, and clearly well cared for. I can’t say enough about how reassuring and positive the entire experience was. Audrey is a true dog lover who goes above and beyond to make both dogs and their humans feel comfortable. About: I’ve had a dogs my entire life. I love them all big and small. I’ve also fostered for the last 20 years. I love all dogs and have 4 of my own. I’d love to pamper your pup too! I am currently a stay at home mother and have plenty of free time to walk or help care for pets. I have mornings and afternoons free. I have 4 very spoiled rescues. We have a fenced in yard but I never leave my dogs outside alone. My dogs are not crated but I would crate a visiting pet for safety if I was not home.
“Our dogs stayed with Mary and Aaron for a week and we as a great experience. First of all on arriving their kids made a welcome sign with the dogs names! We received text updates and pics daily and tid bits of info that really showed they knew our dogs and interacted with them a lot! Lots of info you’d only know if you took the time to play with them and see their habits. Our dogs came home seeming happy and healthy and totally adjusted. I have no doubts were cared for and loved by them and their great family! Will definitely use them again.”

Chloe and I knew after our initial meet and greet that Chloe would feel comfortable and welcome and well cared for with Britney. Kelsey looked after our pup, Otis, for a week and we highly recommend her! She sent pics and videos throughout the week and prior to Otis’s stay she had a meet n greet with him where she learned all about him and made sure there were no issues with her own pup. Our dog Mazie loves going to Ricks! She is an Aussiedoodle that needs a lot of exercise so it was important for us to find someone who would make sure she got her steps in. At Rick’s, she’s able to run the property to get out all of her energy. Rick sends us videos every day to share how Mazie is doing. We feel confident knowing mazie is in good hands when we are away.
