Whether your pup needs a running buddy or a gentle hand for a drop-in visit, I'm here to offer reliable, attentive, and fun care tailored to their unique needs. 🐶 About My Dog Experience With over 13 years of hands-on experience, I've proudly been a dog parent to two wonderful, high-energy Lab mixes—so I truly understand the dedication it takes to manage and love energetic breeds! Beyond my own dogs, I have walked and cared for countless friends' dogs, ranging from playful puppies needing potty breaks to gentle seniors requiring specialized attention. I am adept at handling everything from basic training reinforcement to complex walks and am ready to welcome your beloved dog into my care. 🌟 Why Choose Me? (The Energy Advantage!) The High-Energy Expert: Training for a half marathon means I have miles to burn! If you have a high-octane dog that needs a serious run (not just a walk), I'm your girl. I love giving dogs the focused exercise they need to be happy and well-behaved at home. Experience & Trust: With a background spanning over a decade, I bring a calm, knowledgeable presence. You can trust that I will treat your home and your dog with the utmost respect and care, ensuring their routine is maintained and their safety is always the top priority. Playful & Caring: I believe dog care should be fun! I prioritize not just exercise, but also playtime and cuddles, ensuring your dog feels loved and mentally stimulated while you're away. Services Offered 🏡 House Sitting (Your Home, Their Comfort) I stay in your home, providing around-the-clock companionship and care. This is perfect for dogs who thrive in their own environment. I manage feeding, medications, playtime, walks, and make sure they feel safe and loved until your return. 🚶 Dog Walking (Customized Exercise) From a brisk 30-minute neighborhood walk to a high-intensity run for the athletic pup, I offer personalized exercise designed to match your dog's specific needs and stamina. ⏱️ Drop-In Visits (Quick & Comprehensive) Ideal for quick check-ins, potty breaks, feeding, and a little playtime/snuggle time. I make sure their basic needs are met and they get a happy human interaction to break up their day. I look forward to meeting your furry family member and becoming their trusted caregiver! I work from home so have flexibility to work from anywhere and stop to play/walk/feed/etc. whenever is needed! I run my own consulting business so my hours are my own to build around what is needed and can flex on any given day. I am a loving pet parent myself and will treat your dog just like my own with lots of cuddles, pets and playtime. If they just need someone to be near, I can stay in your home for most of the day and try to keep life as normal for them as possible while you're away. If they crave socialization, I can also bring to play with my 2 year old lab in our fenced in yard, as needed/wanted.

About: Since I was 10 years old, I’ve always had a dog in my life. I love animals so much and I offer nothing but affection and care. I love cuddling with them too if they’re open to it. I’m in sales so I do work from home a lot. When I leave my house, it’s for a maximum of four hours. If you have a dog that is shy, I have a separate room for him/her. I have a 10 pound Shih Tzu living in our home. I adore him and he’s very friendly but if your dog does not like other dogs, it’s not a problem to keep them separate. I usually keep my dog on the main floor of the townhome. He has full access to the whole floor. If your dog is shy, I have a spare room on the lower level that the dog can stay in solo with a couch, dog bed, crate, and toys. I will only take 1 household at a time (2 dogs max) to ensure that your pup gets plenty of individual attention.

About: Hello fellow animal lovers my name is Nikki. I am a self employed children's chess instructor who has spent years managing programs and caring for children and animals. I bring a high level of professionalism, responsibility, and attention to every pet I care for. I understand that leaving your pet with someone else is a big decision. My goal is to make that process as easy as possible for both you and your beloved pet. I am highly attentive to each pets individual needs, whether that means maintaining a structured routine or providing extra reassurance. Spoiling your pet is guaranteed. I don't take a one size fits all approach. Each pet receives individual care based on their personality, energy level, and routine. They deserve it! With me you will receive: *Clear and consistent communication from start to finish. *Multiple updates with photos and videos so you always know how your sweetheart is doing. *Respect for your home, your time, and your pets needs. I am obsessive about keeping your home clean and staying only in the areas designated for your pets care. *Someone who will love and care for your pet as much as you do. *A sweet 9 year old playmate named Reina who is up to date on all vaccinations. Will also be groomed before any sit. I have grown up with cats and dogs my entire life. My love of other peoples pets prompted them to begin to ask me to start dog and cat-sitting. People who are very wary of strangers in their homes have trusted me and were able to take a much needed vacation. I am so happy to be able to fufill this role. Please read the testimonials for more details about the individual pets I have cared for over the years. I am new to Rover, however I have been doing this for a very long time. I only take a limited amount of clients so can can provide the high level of care and attention your pet deserves. If you are looking for a trusted, dependable sitter I am confident you will be happy with the care I provide. Please contact me if you would like to schedule a meet and greet. I have a very flexible schedule (afternoons and evenings are ideal) Since I do not work a 9-5 I am confident we can arrange the time you need sitting. I am only a drop in and stay over sitter. I miss her dearly and would love to pour my love for dogs into your loving pet🥰 I have a pretty flexible work schedule as long as I know ahead of time, as I drive around frequently for work! I typically work M-F from ~8 to 4 depending on the day; some times starting later in the day or ending earlier in the day. I am willing to work with your schedule! I will love your animal as if it were my own. I am really excited to take on this task! I have always been mature for my age, and the “mom” of any group I happen to be in. About: I’ve had dogs since I can remember. I’ve helped train my mom’s two current dogs. I help my sister take care of her cat when I visit her. I’m excited to help others take care of their furry friends! I work remote full-time so my schedule is pretty flexible. Unfortunately my rental does not allow pets, so I cannot have any overnight. But on a case by case basis I can stay at the owners house with pet(s) if needed, or make multiple stops during the day and before bed time. I can take your pet for walks, play fetch with them, feed them, and more. Whatever is needed while you’re gone throughout the day or overnight within reason!

About: My whole life I was surrounded by animals. Even now with my partner having many large energetic dogs, and even having dozens of puppies at one point. I was trusted to take care of their fur babies by staying over night by friends, family, and neighbors. I even have knowledge of taking care of seniors, as my own dog couldn’t walk very well and had bathroom issues. But we made it work with stroller walks and diapers. I am currently a student at brookdale until may 12th then i will be full time at target in Middletown. it is mainly 8 hour shifts and i know that is a long time away from your pups but i will spent the time i am with them to the full extent! I am usually available most of the day and night, but I would like a heads up if you need some pets watched. Even though I don’t offer services in my own home, I do treat your house if I were taking care of mine. I’ll do my best to keep your house tidy and mess free for a stress free arrival.

About: My family has owned and cared for animals since I was born. You can say my family and I are animal lovers through and through. Whether it was my first poodle, my wife's rat, yes a rat(Humphrey was his name and she loooooved him), our neighbors goats, or our current duo(Terrier mix and Shichon) we are not complete unless we have a four legged friend or two to take care of. We pride ourselves on the treatment of our family members. We look forward to sharing the love we foster in our home with your loved ones. I work remote during the day and have the ability to plan walks, drop-ins or day sitting. My household is up early and nods of late. Hopefully we can be a good fit. Regardless of location playing fetch, going for a walk or just providing a good scratch on the belly or behind the ear should be expected. I understand the importance of the timeliness of meals, meds, bathroom breaks and exercise take those instructions seriously.

Kristen provided exceptional drop-in care to our nervous dog, Stella, and our two cats, Fred and George, while we were away. She went above and beyond to establish a comfort level with Stella, visiting our house twice prior to our trip. Kristen was very patient with Stella, and she found that walks were a great way for the two of them to bond. She followed our care instructions exactly, providing food, water, walks, medications, and affection to the furry members of our family while we were away. She was on time for each visit, sent us photos and updates, and asked thoughtful questions about their care. Kristen is kind, thorough, trustworthy, and wonderful with animals. We highly recommend her when looking for someone to take care of your pets!

Tip: You can discuss your specific arrangements with a pet sitter on Rover to what fits you, your pet, and your sitter’s needs. To find what their special skills are, look at the "Skills" and "Pet care experience" sections on their profile.

Key handling is entirely up to you and your sitter to agree on during the Meet & Greet or in the Rover app. Most pet parents in Red Bank choose to hand over a spare key or digital fob in person, while others arrange a lockbox or unique access code. Don't forget to discuss key returns as well!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.

To find sitters in Red Bank with recurring or weekly availability, select "Repeat Weekly" and which days you’d like them to care for your pet.

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
