About: I'm a Division 1 women's rugby player and a huge animal lover! Dogs have always been a big part of my life growing up, and I currently have a 3-year-old Boxer named Rory who is such a character and makes me laugh every single day. On top of my love for animals, I have years of babysitting experience and am in my 6th year as a lifeguard, so keeping a close eye on those in my care comes naturally to me. I'm reliable, high-energy, and genuinely love spending time with dogs so your pup will always be in great hands. Whether it's a long walk or some extra playtime, I'll make sure they're happy, tired, and well taken care of! I'm a college athlete home for the summer with plenty of time and energy to dedicate to your dog! I work as a lifeguard and legal intern most days from 9-3, so I have great afternoon and evening availability throughout the week. Your home and your dog are in good hands with me. I stick to whatever routines and rules you have in place, give your pup plenty of attention and activity during walks and drop-ins, and always leave things exactly as I found them. Your peace of mind is just as important to me as your dog's happiness!
“Jessica is extremely reliable. She is very knowledgeable about dogs and is a true extension with training our 8 month old Havanese, Pebbles. The consistency adds to Pebbles success. The lond voice and affection Jessica gives to Pebbles is appreciated and genuine. We highly recommend Jessica!!”

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs and cats since I was a kid. I also have my own two dogs that I walk and feed. As well one of my dogs take medication so I also know how to do that. I’m currently a college student and work part time at another job. Being able to take care of your pets will be the highlight of my week! I will make sure to take super great care of your babies. To make sure they are safe and have so much love! They will be in amazing hands.
“Anahi is a wonderful person and sitter! She is friendly, kind, and a great communicator. I was very nervous as it was my first time using the site to find a sitter, but I made the right choice booking Anahi. I was not expecting my shy cat to interact with her right away, but from the first visit, she was sharing pictures of them playing together, and him seeking her out for affection as she walked in on the second visit. I do believe animals are a great judge of character and I will be booking her for my next trip. Highly recommend.”

“Christen was flexible/accommodating when the timing of our plans changes slightly. She was communicative with updates during her visits and our dog was clearly well taken care of and enjoyed her time with Christen. She was completely calm/at ease when we returned home. We'd definitely have Christen back to look after Claire again.”

About: Hi my name is Micaela and one thing about me is that I adore animals! I love all animals so very much. I also feel that I work really well with them. I’ve had dogs and cats my entire life. Most of my dogs have been big dogs so I’m pretty good with handling any challenge that’s thrown my way. I’ve had more aggressive and protective dogs as well as laid back dogs and I’ve loved all. I’ve also worked at local shelters in my hometown and felt that that helped me gain more experience working with varying animals. I trained a couple of my dogs from a young age and though I’m not certified I felt that I did a pretty good job. I’m very patient and very genuine. I also watched my dogs whenever my parents would go on business trips which was quite often so I’d say this is the perfect job for me! I’m a college student but have majority of my classes online so my schedule is pretty clear. I love being outdoors and in nature so dog walking is right up my alley. I also love just chilling at home so I have no problem with that as well. I will always be respectful of others space especially if they are allowing me to stay in their home and watch their animals. I would say I’m a pretty neat person and don’t mind cleaning up if anything is needed. Genuinely it makes me happy to help others around the house if necessary. I used to babysit for a while and would always tidy up when I could find the time. I recently moved and now live with my grandparents and mom. We also have a chocolate lab who’s very energetic and loves to play. We have a fenced in yard and a conservation close to our house so there’s plenty of space for the animals. We love having dogs in the house.

About: Back on Rover after a two-year hiatus and excited to meet some new furry friends! I've been surrounded by dogs and cats my entire life, and as a dog mom myself, I know pets are family. My goal is simple: to make your pet feel safe, loved, and comfortable while giving you complete peace of mind. I work from home, so I have the flexibility to provide personalized care, walks, playtime, and plenty of attention. Every pet is different, so I take the time to learn their routine, personality, and all the little details that make them unique - from their favorite toy, walking route, and feeding schedule to treat preferences, commands, medications, and any fears or anxieties. The more I know, the better I can make their time with me feel like another normal day. I'm dependable, detail-oriented, and will care for your pet as if they were my own. You'll receive regular updates, lots of photos, and open communication every step of the way. I can't wait to meet you and your furry family member! I always do my best to accommodate your pet's routine and your scheduling needs. Your pet's safety and comfort always come first. I take the time to learn their routine, personality, and any special needs before our visit. Whether your dog enjoys leisurely neighborhood walks or more adventurous hikes and trails, I'll tailor our time together to their age, health, and energy level while always respecting your preferences.
About: I worked at petsmart as a doggie daycare attendant, pretty much just making sure all the dogs were having a good time and that no one got into any trouble; and of course giving them loads of love because I can’t help myself. I also worked with the cats that were being boarded which was awesome. I’m now a full time dog walker / pet sitter which is the best thing in the world. I make it my duty to make sure all the fur babies get just as much love as if they were with their parents. I have a pretty open schedule, so I can make room for your fur babies whenever you need me. I know how important it is that they get the attention and love they deserve, so I’ll be sure to be there as much as I’m able to for them the way I’d be there for my own. I have one dog whom I absolutely adore with my entire heart, and 9 adorable cats who I love tremendously. They’re the lights of my life; my hearts outside of my chest. They’re not my pets and I’m not their owner; they’re my best friends bundled up into cute little furry packages. I can assure you that yours would be that to me as well, and would have the utmost care with me as their caregiver, because I’d treat them as my own I can’t think of a better way to spend my time other than being with one of my little fur buddies , and anytime I get to be out on a walk with one of my guys it’s sure to be a great day I’m always keeping an eye out for anything someone may need or anything that needs to be done to assure everyone has some peace of mind

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Eatontown
Kristen provided exceptional drop-in care to our nervous dog, Stella, and our two cats, Fred and George, while we were away. She went above and beyond to establish a comfort level with Stella, visiting our house twice prior to our trip. Kristen was very patient with Stella, and she found that walks were a great way for the two of them to bond. She followed our care instructions exactly, providing food, water, walks, medications, and affection to the furry members of our family while we were away. She was on time for each visit, sent us photos and updates, and asked thoughtful questions about their care. Kristen is kind, thorough, trustworthy, and wonderful with animals. We highly recommend her when looking for someone to take care of your pets!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
To find sitters in Eatontown with recurring or weekly availability, select "Repeat Weekly" and which days you’d like them to care for your pet.
