About: After 15 years with my dog, I’ve transitioned to being the go-to dog walker and sitter for my family and friends, and am excited to ! I have experience caring for dogs in every phase of life, from the energetic puppy days, to the senior days that required more attention. I understand firsthand what it takes to look after an aging dog, from mobility issues, to medication schedules, to just understanding an individual dog’s quirks. But, I’m just as comfortable with the energy and playfulness of puppies and young dogs, and I adjust my approach to fit whatever stage of life a dog is in. I also make sure to give plenty of one-on-one attention and playtime, keep the home secure and tidy, and stay alert to any changes in behavior, eating, or energy level. I’m also careful with yard safety, checking that fences and gates are secure before letting a dog out and keeping an eye on them the whole time, rather than assuming a fenced yard means no supervision is needed. About: I’ve been around dogs and cats my whole life. I’ve done all the chores that come with them. I’ve had a big dog and a little dog almost my entire life. My big dog is now older, so I have to help him with his arthritis. I’ve had to pick up poop, feed them, walk them, and massage him. I don’t have a job currently, so I’m free for anyone’s convenience! Besides when I have to go to the gym, or when im on vacation. I have a fenced yard and a specific place for them to use the bathroom outside, and also have a pee pee pad inside that I switch out twice a day.

Most of my dogs have been big dogs so I’m pretty good with handling any challenge that’s thrown my way. I’ve had more aggressive and protective dogs as well as laid back dogs and I’ve loved all. I also watched my dogs whenever my parents would go on business trips which was quite often so I’d say this is the perfect job for me! I’m a college student but have majority of my classes online so my schedule is pretty clear. I love being outdoors and in nature so dog walking is right up my alley. I also love just chilling at home so I have no problem with that as well. I will always be respectful of others space especially if they are allowing me to stay in their home and watch their animals. “Kit stayed at our house for 3 nights to watch out two dogs and one cat and we couldn’t be happier with his services. We did a brief meet-and-greet a few days before and I felt very comfortable because Kit has a really kind way about him, which the dogs and cat immediately responded positively to. I knew they would be in great hands! Over the days leading up to and during the pet sitting, Kit was communicative, proactive, reliable, responsive, responsible, and mature. I got lots of great pictures to know they were happy. Kit has a lot of experience taking care of dogs and cats and was comfortable taking on all tasks of feeding, walking, etc., and kept their routine on track. He asked good questions when he was unsure about anything and even dealt calmly with a temporary power outage situation.
