My 5-month-old Maltipoo puppy, Einstein, was treated like royalty while my family and I were away on holiday. Billy kept us smiling the whole trip with constant pictures and videos of Einstein — whether it was him strutting around the park, enjoying his meals, or just being his playful self. It honestly felt like Einstein was on his own little vacation! Billy even went the extra mile by gently removing some knots from his fur and washing his things before giving him back to us. He was super polite with my whole family, always cheerful, and gave us updates whenever we asked (sometimes a couple of times a day). Einstein got plenty of walks, playtime, and cuddles — it was obvious he was being cared for as if he were Billy’s own pup. On top of all that, Billy’s rates are very competitive, which makes the level of care he provides feel like an incredible find. We’ll 100% be booking him again as repeat clients. Chloe and I knew after our initial meet and greet that Chloe would feel comfortable and welcome and well cared for with Britney. It was the longest I’ve left Chloe and I really appreciated the photos and updates two times a day, especially given Britney’s Vet Tech experience. Kelsey looked after our pup, Otis, for a week and we highly recommend her! She sent pics and videos throughout the week and prior to Otis’s stay she had a meet n greet with him where she learned all about him and made sure there were no issues with her own pup.
