I raised my beloved Border Collie, Zoey (see Gallery), from puppyhood through adulthood. She has since crossed the 🌈 bridge, but during her life I taught her fun commands like “take a bow” and “play dead.” My goal is to provide dogs of all ages with a fun, safe, clean, and secure environment that is free from hazards—while giving their owners complete peace of mind. ⸻ Today, I own a longhaired male Dachshund named Moose. He loves other dogs, is up to date on his core vaccines, and is currently unneutered. Because of him, I have firsthand experience with the unique care that long-bodied breeds require, including proper handling techniques and back protection. I’ve also cared for dogs of all sizes and temperaments. I am American Red Cross Certified in Dog First Aid 🐾 and have experience caring for medical dogs who require a little extra attention. My prior Border Collie, Zoey, was dog-reactive and medically disabled (she was completely blind in one eye), so I understand the importance of patience, consistency, and adapting care to a dog’s individual needs. ⸻ I am home throughout the day and will provide plenty of supervision, attention, potty breaks, playtime, and companionship for your pup.
