My 5-month-old Maltipoo puppy, Einstein, was treated like royalty while my family and I were away on holiday. Billy kept us smiling the whole trip with constant pictures and videos of Einstein — whether it was him strutting around the park, enjoying his meals, or just being his playful self. It honestly felt like Einstein was on his own little vacation! Billy even went the extra mile by gently removing some knots from his fur and washing his things before giving him back to us. He was super polite with my whole family, always cheerful, and gave us updates whenever we asked (sometimes a couple of times a day). Einstein got plenty of walks, playtime, and cuddles — it was obvious he was being cared for as if he were Billy’s own pup. On top of all that, Billy’s rates are very competitive, which makes the level of care he provides feel like an incredible find. We’ll 100% be booking him again as repeat clients. While the yard is not fenced, all outdoor time is supervised, and dogs receive regular walks throughout the day.
