About: I love dogs and love caring for them. I am fun and energetic. I could spend hours playing with dogs. If yuh need someone that is reliable and that you can depend on them to take care of your beloved just as you would, I’m your girl! I can handle any breed at any size. About: I've had pets my entire life. I'm retired now and travel extensively for part of the year, so I'm unable to have pets of my own and thought this would be a great way to keep busy while I am in town. I have a doggy door and a large, gated backyard for games of fetch or hide and seek. I will provide a safe, loving home while you are away or drop-in if you so choose. When I'm in NOLA, I often work part-time from home. I'm retired so you could call me a homebody, and I'm often found working in my garden. In the fourth quarter of the year, I do travel until thanksgiving but will keep my calendar here updated. I am relatively flexible with scheduling. My son recently moved and took his Boston Terrier with him, so there are no longer any pets in my home. I have a large, fenced yard perfect for games of hide-and-seek or fetch, and I'm often in the back as well working on my garden. I do not have any plants that would present a danger. I love to take long, daily walks on the levee, which is only two blocks away...and would love to bring your pet along! I often have family visit, who also love pets.

About: Mine was a dog family. My parents showed Chow Chows and Bichon Frisés at dog shows around the country with me in tow as a junior handler grooming, training, and caring for our dogs. In college, rather than wait tables, I worked as a kennel assistant and then as a veterinarian assistant during post-grad, spending weekends caring for medical boarders, administering meds and keeping lonely, isolated dogs company. Before starting Betsey & Julie Walk Dogs, I spent the past year as a Dog Handler at Pawlins Day Care — under the tutelage of all kinds of dogs. I’m a freelance writer and I work from home. I share this home with Betsey, an incredibly sweet five-year-old Labrador Retriever. I’m available and actively involved in your dog’s enrichment and overall experience. I’m active and attentive. Betsey and I are affectionate and accommodating. We love walks, parks, toys, treats, and cuddling. We think your dog will love spending time with us.

About: Hi! I’ve had dogs my entire life and they’ve always been at the center of my world. My most recent pup, Effy, was with me for 15 years — she was truly the love of my life. While I’m not quite ready to have a dog of my own again, I couldn’t imagine my life without them, which is why I’m so excited to be here on Rover! Your pet will be loved and cared for like my own. I can’t wait to meet them I work from home Monday–Friday, so your pet will have my full attention throughout the day — no long stretches alone. I am able to work remotely so care during the day is no issue. I live in an apartment in Meraux above my dad’s office, so while there’s no yard, we have plenty of space to get outside for walks. There are stairs, but I’m happy to carry pets up and down as needed.

About: I’ve had dogs and cats in my life since I was a kid, so caring for animals comes naturally to me. One thing that sets me apart is my experience with senior and younger pets. I cared for my own dog in her later years when she developed back leg problems. I helped her move around the house, made sure she was comfortable, and gave her lots of love and patience every day. I additionally took care of my other dog in her early months waking up multiple times nightly to calm her down. Whether it’s a high-energy puppy or a senior pet needing extra care, I’m confident in handling all kinds of needs. About: I am caring, reliable, and patient. Especially with the small pups. I love giving them attention. I love playing with them and making them feel safe, comfortable and loved. Currently, I’m a college student. I can’t do Mondays from 2 to 5 but other than that I can do any day at any time I’d rather stay away from nighttime services for my safety. I have a fenced yard so plenty of room for them to play. I am a retired pup owner, so I would suggest you bring food and toys, but I will take care of them with all love and care and have fun!

About: Hi! My name is Brion. (Bree-ahn) I’m a 32 year old female. I’ve always had some sort of pet in my life. I currently have a 1 y/o male golden doodle who is not spayed. I also have a 6 y/o daughter who absolutely adores animals. On weekends my daughter and I would love nothing more than a play buddy. We like taking walks outside and getting fresh air when needed. We live in a fenced home with a backyard, front yard, & a park. So there’s plenty of space for activities and energy. I also have a large cage of my own if needed.

About: 8 years of vet technician experience, CPR administration of medicine. Knowing behavior and most important making sure they feel as if they are at home. My name is Brittany, I have full availability. I am looking to make this my full time job so I can finish online college for my bachelor's in psychology and attend to my daughter. I go by Desirae as well. I have a fenced in back yard and also enough bedrooms to separate any that need separated. If I go to someone's home I will do as they ask.

About: Growing up, my nuclear family cared for roughly thirty cats, both indoor and outdoor. Naturally, part of my daily routine was feeding them all before getting on the school bus, keeping the litter boxes and surrounding areas tidy throughout the day, and of course providing AMPLE love to all. I have experience nursing abandoned kittens to health and maturity, as well as acclimating feral cats into the home. I am more than keen when it comes to feline behavior! (My mother used to "joke" that her four children should come together and open a vet clinic.) Today, my husband and I have a well-trained, 3 year old shepherd mix named Poet, whom we adopted at just 8 weeks old, and a 5 year old American bobtail kitty named Millie, who we also rescued. We both work from home and our animals are our absolute lives. Normal days for us include walks around the neighborhood, as well as trips to City Bark. We have a fenced in backyard for potty time, as well as sun bathing. Both as our animal have free reign of our home; they watch TV with us, answer email with us, snooze with us, cook with us, etc.! You can trust that your fur baby would be met with the same love, adoration, and care that we provide to our own. Both my husband and myself work from home and are able to provide near-constant care for your fur babies, whether that pertain to potty breaks or play time! We have a modest fenced in yard, as well as one dog and one cat of our own. Both are friendly with all species! We have ample space (spare bedrooms) to set up up a crate/kennel if desired.
