About: I’ve grown to love the company of animals over people most days lol. I’m a doggy mom to a big Pitt/Hound 8 month old puppy named Cocoa & he’s about 75lbs already! I’m also a mom of 4 so I’m pretty good at multitasking. Im a chef & I also own a small cleaning business & have often times been entrusted with the tasks of pet sitting, feeding, walking & bathing of their fur babies while on jobs or just as help on days outside of cleaning jobs. I have healthy recipes for animal treats & love to watch them gobble them down once permission is granted by mom or dad of course. Animals tend to gravitate towards me & I absolutely adore the good feels I get from their pure energy & love. I would be more than happy to meet your new fur babies & take part in spoiling them a little. Im an entrepreneur so my schedule is pretty flexible outside of my kids… I usually only need a days notice of a needed appointment for smoothie sailing on both sides but I’m definitely open to being on call of sorts if ever needed in an emergency situation. I can make accommodations for pet sitting during the day or over night whenever needed but only in the clients home as my home as small kids present always. I have no issue with crating your fur babies if needed. I’m knowledgeable on how to harness a dog & I know how to restrain them if transportation is ever required. I’ll care for your pets just as I would my own, with love & kindness.

About: I’ve had dogs and cats in my life since I was a kid, so caring for animals comes naturally to me. One thing that sets me apart is my experience with senior and younger pets. I cared for my own dog in her later years when she developed back leg problems. I helped her move around the house, made sure she was comfortable, and gave her lots of love and patience every day. I additionally took care of my other dog in her early months waking up multiple times nightly to calm her down. Whether it’s a high-energy puppy or a senior pet needing extra care, I’m confident in handling all kinds of needs. I have a very flexible schedule and plenty of availability throughout the week, so I’m able to care for pets whenever needed. About: I love caring for cats and keeping them company. I have house/cat sitted in New York, San Juan, Santo Domingo, Rome, Copenhagen and Los Angeles. I am a freelance musician and I currently work part time doing deliveries mostly at night so my schedule is flexible to accommodate any needs. Most of my free time is during the day and then after 10pm. I take time to get to know your pets and discuss if they have special needs. I like to meet them when the owner is present, so they feel safe and we can talk about the interactions.

About: I've had pets my entire life. I'm retired now and travel extensively for part of the year, so I'm unable to have pets of my own and thought this would be a great way to keep busy while I am in town. I have a doggy door and a large, gated backyard for games of fetch or hide and seek. I will provide a safe, loving home while you are away or drop-in if you so choose. When I'm in NOLA, I often work part-time from home. I'm retired so you could call me a homebody, and I'm often found working in my garden. In the fourth quarter of the year, I do travel until thanksgiving but will keep my calendar here updated. I am relatively flexible with scheduling. My son recently moved and took his Boston Terrier with him, so there are no longer any pets in my home. I have a large, fenced yard perfect for games of hide-and-seek or fetch, and I'm often in the back as well working on my garden. I do not have any plants that would present a danger. I love to take long, daily walks on the levee, which is only two blocks away...and would love to bring your pet along! I often have family visit, who also love pets.

About: I’ve lived with and taken care of dogs since my early childhood. I currently operate a small dog walking business servicing the new orleans area. I currently plan on Pet walking and sitting on weekends and after 4pm on weekdays. I work full time and get off at 4pm which is right on time for walks, food and enrichment activities. I am a Rover sitter and use Rover for sitters for my own pets when I’m out of town, so I personally understand the significance of trusting a sitter with your animals. About: Hello! I am a New-Orleans-raised local and a dog trainer. I grew up with a houseful of pets—dogs, cats, birds, guinea pigs, rabbits, fish…We literally called our home the zoo. I live with two adorable pups (my roommate’s) and many, many plants. I am looking forward to bonding with your fur babies, caring for your home, and exploring your neighborhood! I have over 15 years of experience in general pet care and 6 years in canine training. I spent a recent summer pet and housesitting full-time and continue to do so while traveling throughout the year. It has been a blast and incredibly rewarding. I am experienced and comfortable with the smallest of puppies all the way up to giant breed dogs. I enjoy patient training that joyfully engages your canine and am also skilled in leash training, a vital foundation to an adjusted pup. If you hire me, my walks will be structured and help your dog grow in communication and impulse-control. I, of course, would also love to care for your cats, small animals, and more non-traditional pets. I can disperse medication and handle a diverse range of circumstances. I work a regular job but am flexible outside around that. Monday-Thursday this is an 8-hour shift, and Friday this is a 5-hour shift. About: I’ve been around animals my whole life, my mom would always take in cats and dogs that seemed to show up at our house. I also grew up riding horses and worked as a stable hand caring for them through college while studying film and photography (expect pictures!) I currently have a 14 year old maltese/chihuahua princess puppy and two 9 year old cats, a tuxedo and a maine coon mix. My dream is to one day open a non-profit animal rescue, a safe space for cats, dogs and horses of all ages to freely live out their lives or to stay until they find their forever home 💜 I’m a part time and freelance floral designer who loves animals! About: I have been owned pets since I was little. Animals posses an unconditional love like non other. They are definitely our family. I have experience with small puppies who are still being trained to pets that have special needs. I able to provide care such as feeding, walking, playing, cuddling and cleaning as necessary. About: I have been around a variety of animals including reptiles my entire life. I worked as a veterinary technician for a year. I am trained to react quickly and have a decent amount of medical training. I am also experienced with handling senior animals including those with special needs. I have handled animals that are paralyzed, post operative, and medication dependent. I have no other job at the moment. This gives me constant availability. I have my own transportation as well as the ability to create my own schedule. I do constantly supervise my animals. I am easily able to redirect an animal before any problems can arise. I have fast reflexes from my time as a veterinary technician.

About: I started my animal care experience working for the Audubon Science and Nature center in animal husbandry by caring for native and exotic animals, birds, mammals, reptiles and amphibians in outreach and environmental education! My husband and I cared for wild, rehabilated, exotic, domestic and farm animals throughout our careers. My husband has worked in a stable and farm and has experience with horses, goats, pigs, chickens ect. Both working part-time and mostly from home we will love your baby whether it's got fur, feathers ,hooves, scales or semiporous skin! ;-) My husband and I have a flexible schedule working part time and seasonally, with most hours I can set for myself and also often I am able to work from home. He and I make sure all animals are paid lots of attention to and cared for throughout the day and checked on at night. I have two residences one where I have my pets and another where there are no pets so we can discuss your pets environmental needs. Your baby can play with my pets or have the place to themselves if that suits their demeanor.

I’m also a licensed dog boarder, which means I’m not just passionate but professionally qualified to care for your pup! About: Hi! I have had dogs and cats for as long as I can remember. My father has been an K-9 offices for years, so I have been around and handled powerful, athletic dogs all my life. I have always had big dogs, and have taken care of neighbor’s dogs as a side job when I was in high school. I am now in school to be a Veterinary Technician and own a pit bull and a tripod cat! I can give your pet a wonderful stay wether they are active or more of a couch potato. I can’t wait to meet your babies. I am currently working full time, but I do have a set schedule so it will be easy for me to keep a steady schedule with clients. I am available all day on Tuesdays and Saturdays, while being able to board on Wednesday and Friday. I have a fenced in yard and a pit bull who is very very friendly and loves all types of dogs, cats, and people. They will have tons of toys to play with and are allowed on furniture to relax with me if they choose.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs of every kind since I was 11. Neighbors, strangers, friends and family have relied on me to walk, play with, feed and bathe their pets. I'm very loving nurturing and attentive to they're special needs. I'm young energetic and I'm very dedicated to working with dogs it's always been a dream of mine to be a dog trainer so the more time I get to spend with them and learn their behavior is the better for me. I'm currently not working a "real job" so I'm open in availability right now but when I do start working I'll be working evenings or night shift nothing overnight though so plenty of time to spend with your pets. I'm very routine oriented and OCD your pets will be on a schedule. I'm affectionate and caring and have adhd so I get bored fast and love to play. I have 2 dogs but they don't live here right now so no worries on my pets being present there are children occasionally in the home but not everyday or all day so just depends on that I don't have a fenced yard but I'm high energy and love walks so your dog will get plenty outdoor time. My apartments do not allow me to have pets here which is why mine are not here but they do allow me to have animals here as long as it pertains to work so no worries there either I know some people freak out when they hear apartment.
