About: My father raised and trained dogs so I have been caring for dogs since childhood. I have been personally caring for my own dogs as well as dogs of family and friends for the past seven years. I am medically trained for emergencies and can care for special needs and sick dogs. I will treat your pet with the love and kindness as I do my own. I can be available day and night, weekends and holidays even on short notice. I am hoping to make this a full-time position and will be available seven days a week 24 hours a day and can provide same-day service. I will follow all rules of the home in which I am sitting. I will never leave pets unattended. They will have my full attention and safety is my number one priority.

About: I’ve grown to love the company of animals over people most days lol. I’m a doggy mom to a big Pitt/Hound 8 month old puppy named Cocoa & he’s about 75lbs already! I’m also a mom of 4 so I’m pretty good at multitasking. Im a chef & I also own a small cleaning business & have often times been entrusted with the tasks of pet sitting, feeding, walking & bathing of their fur babies while on jobs or just as help on days outside of cleaning jobs. I have healthy recipes for animal treats & love to watch them gobble them down once permission is granted by mom or dad of course. Animals tend to gravitate towards me & I absolutely adore the good feels I get from their pure energy & love. I would be more than happy to meet your new fur babies & take part in spoiling them a little. Im an entrepreneur so my schedule is pretty flexible outside of my kids… I usually only need a days notice of a needed appointment for smoothie sailing on both sides but I’m definitely open to being on call of sorts if ever needed in an emergency situation. I can make accommodations for pet sitting during the day or over night whenever needed but only in the clients home as my home as small kids present always. I have no issue with crating your fur babies if needed. I’m knowledgeable on how to harness a dog & I know how to restrain them if transportation is ever required. I’ll care for your pets just as I would my own, with love & kindness.

About: I’ve had dogs and cats in my life since I was a kid, so caring for animals comes naturally to me. One thing that sets me apart is my experience with senior and younger pets. I cared for my own dog in her later years when she developed back leg problems. I helped her move around the house, made sure she was comfortable, and gave her lots of love and patience every day. I additionally took care of my other dog in her early months waking up multiple times nightly to calm her down. Whether it’s a high-energy puppy or a senior pet needing extra care, I’m confident in handling all kinds of needs. I have a very flexible schedule and plenty of availability throughout the week, so I’m able to care for pets whenever needed. About: Hi! I’ve had dogs my entire life and they’ve always been at the center of my world. My most recent pup, Effy, was with me for 15 years — she was truly the love of my life. While I’m not quite ready to have a dog of my own again, I couldn’t imagine my life without them, which is why I’m so excited to be here on Rover! Your pet will be loved and cared for like my own. I can’t wait to meet them I work from home Monday–Friday, so your pet will have my full attention throughout the day — no long stretches alone. I am able to work remotely so care during the day is no issue. I live in an apartment in Meraux above my dad’s office, so while there’s no yard, we have plenty of space to get outside for walks. There are stairs, but I’m happy to carry pets up and down as needed.

I’m available for walks, drop-ins, and extended care on both weekdays and weekends, and I prioritize being present and your dogs will rarely, if at all, be left alone. I provide a calm, structured, and attentive environment where your pet’s safety and comfort are the top priority. I pay close attention to body language, energy levels, and individual needs, and I adjust my approach to help each dog feel safe and understood. I’m experienced with crate use, positive reinforcement, and helping dogs settle in new environments. I follow your pet’s routine as closely as possible and take care to avoid overwhelming situations, especially for more sensitive or anxious dogs. I know when to separate dogs and how to read body language before any accidents can transpire. In your home or mine, I maintain a clean, predictable space and ensure pets are supervised, exercised appropriately, and never left in situations where they could feel unsafe or stressed.

About: I've had dogs all of my adult life. I had 6 at one time and now have 2 Chihuahuas who I adore. I love all pets and want to be your pups best friend. I regularly pet sit for my 2 kids' dogs (Frenchie, Australian shepherd and golden doodle). I've also pet sat at a good friend's house for her 3 pups and brought my 2 also. I am retired so I have a lot of free time. I can walk or visit your pups regularly. My schedule is very flexible. I can help out at any time. I have a fenced yard and it is secure. My pups can't get out and they get along with all dogs. My pups are treated like the king and queen they are.

About: I have have been caring of all types of animals since I was 7+ years old. I have taken care of new born puppies, kittens, raccoons and reptiles of all types throughout my life and I love it!! If I could cuddle a gator I would!!! I have also done whelping services for many family members. I have done a lot of fostering and bottle feeding both puppies and kittens. I am there to make you and your pet comfortable while away. It can be stressful for pet and pet parents when they are not together. I try to keep your pets schedule as similar to what they are used to with you. Feeding/ walking/ playing/ sleeping/ waking up will all be as close to their normal schedule as possible. About: Hi! My name is Brion. (Bree-ahn) I’m a 32 year old female. I’ve always had some sort of pet in my life. I currently have a 1 y/o male golden doodle who is not spayed. I also have a 6 y/o daughter who absolutely adores animals. On weekends my daughter and I would love nothing more than a play buddy. We like taking walks outside and getting fresh air when needed. We live in a fenced home with a backyard, front yard, & a park. So there’s plenty of space for activities and energy. I also have a large cage of my own if needed.

About: Been giving my love to animals since I was a little girl. Family have trusted me with providing what is necessary for our furry friends. About: I’ve lived with and taken care of dogs since my early childhood. I currently operate a small dog walking business servicing the new orleans area. I currently plan on Pet walking and sitting on weekends and after 4pm on weekdays. I work full time and get off at 4pm which is right on time for walks, food and enrichment activities. I care for pets by making sure that they are consistently stimulated, whether that be music, petting, walks, conversation, play or mental enrichment. About: I started my animal care experience working for the Audubon Science and Nature center in animal husbandry by caring for native and exotic animals, birds, mammals, reptiles and amphibians in outreach and environmental education! My husband and I cared for wild, rehabilated, exotic, domestic and farm animals throughout our careers. My husband has worked in a stable and farm and has experience with horses, goats, pigs, chickens ect. Both working part-time and mostly from home we will love your baby whether it's got fur, feathers ,hooves, scales or semiporous skin! ;-) My husband and I have a flexible schedule working part time and seasonally, with most hours I can set for myself and also often I am able to work from home. He and I make sure all animals are paid lots of attention to and cared for throughout the day and checked on at night. I have two residences one where I have my pets and another where there are no pets so we can discuss your pets environmental needs. Your baby can play with my pets or have the place to themselves if that suits their demeanor.

About: Mother of 5 furbabies and full-time non traditional student, caring and loving for animals is part of my daily life. I grew up on a farm with dogs, cats, chickens, rabbits and a lamb (Popcorn) for pets. Youth member of 4-H clubs for both sheep and rabbits. Animals and caring for them was part of my upbringing and part of my daily life. Currently, I have 5 furbabies - all rescues and ranging in size from toy Chihuahua to my big girl pit bull. I saved her from death row (so the pound told me) but the truth is, she picked me. I would have 10 more if legally allowed. My retirement goal is to own a senior dog rescue/retirement center so we can enjoy our golden years together. I'm currently a full-time student, so I have a fairly flexible schedule and I'm only in classes two days a week. I have owned all types of dog personalities and have reasons for loving all of them - from the active and playful to the calm and snuggly and to those in between. Cats share my attitude so we get along well with some kind of mutual respect for each other. I love the difference in personalities between cats and dogs - there's a lot of comedy to support this fact. I'm also a lover of New Orleans and a former tour guide - so walking for a living is not a new thing. I prefer the activity over sitting behind a desk. Most dogs love my doggie massages and I'm a worthy opponent for any tug-o-war game. I can throw a ball far, bounce a ball high, and hold my own with the frisbee. Dogs also say I'm a great conversationalist with interesting tidbits for about how old the fire hydrant they're marking is as well as keen safety information, like why dogs can't swim in the River and why I don't recommend the lake either. Dogs also like my firm but fun nature - like toddlers, dogs appreciate routine, boundaries, and to gain their respect you have to enforce them. I also do not believe in hitting animals. My dogs are just as terrified of a water spray bottle - much like most cats - and it's far less harmful than hitting/smacking/etc them. Placing your trust in a stranger for the care and love of your furchild is never an easy task. As a fellow fur (and human) mother, I get that. I am extremely prompt, love taking photos, and love walking the city. I have a reliable 4-door car as well, so whether your dog just loves R-I-D-E-S (shh! don't say that out loud) or you need me to get them to the vet while on vacation - rest assured, I can cover all bases.
