She wanted to do a meet and greet before which I really appreciated. She always responded right away to any messages I sent, and she kept in touch daily sending pictures of Flynn! He was the only dog she had at the time which was perfect. I would love to be able to have Flynn stay with her again and would absolutely recommend her care to anyone with a special needs dog! “Kenneth watched my dog nova for a day and overnight when I went to a Mardi Gras parade and I can’t be more pleased. First off it was last minute and during Mardi Gras nonetheless so it was very challenging to find someone, Kenneth made it easy and responded to my request almost immediately. I was able to drop nova off and felt like I left her in good hands. Kenneth sent me lots of videos and photos during his time with nova which was also super appreciated. And finally when I was an hour late picking her up because I lost my keys and had to wait on a locksmith, he didn’t mind.
