About: I’ve grown to love the company of animals over people most days lol. I’m a doggy mom to a big Pitt/Hound 8 month old puppy named Cocoa & he’s about 75lbs already! I’m also a mom of 4 so I’m pretty good at multitasking. Im a chef & I also own a small cleaning business & have often times been entrusted with the tasks of pet sitting, feeding, walking & bathing of their fur babies while on jobs or just as help on days outside of cleaning jobs. I have healthy recipes for animal treats & love to watch them gobble them down once permission is granted by mom or dad of course. Animals tend to gravitate towards me & I absolutely adore the good feels I get from their pure energy & love. I would be more than happy to meet your new fur babies & take part in spoiling them a little. Im an entrepreneur so my schedule is pretty flexible outside of my kids… I usually only need a days notice of a needed appointment for smoothie sailing on both sides but I’m definitely open to being on call of sorts if ever needed in an emergency situation. I can make accommodations for pet sitting during the day or over night whenever needed but only in the clients home as my home as small kids present always. I have no issue with crating your fur babies if needed. I’m knowledgeable on how to harness a dog & I know how to restrain them if transportation is ever required. I’ll care for your pets just as I would my own, with love & kindness.
About: Growing up, I had two huge retired racing greyhounds, so high prey drives and tug of war are no problem for me. In recent years, I’ve discovered a love for cats and all of their unique personalities. No matter the animal, I can give them the care they need! I work from home for myself. My open schedule means I can dedicate my full attention to the animal in my care as they need it. I provide a safe, comfortable environment whether in your home or mine. I stick to your pet’s routine, offering daily walks, playtime, and plenty of affection.
“Chloe is dedicated to walking my pup who loves her. She braves all weather conditions and schedule changes with a good attitude. My dog Sophie gets the zoomies after every walk.”

About: I have had dogs in my life since i was 11 years old (27 years). Last october i had to say goodbye to my companion of 11 years, Wanda. I am not ready for another dog of my own and want to be around your dogs as much as possible. I believe in reciprocal relational dynamics between humans and dogs are the best approach to training and trust, not dominance and control. I would like to care for your dog by building a relationship with them based on their personality and needs. Would love to meet you and your dog! I am currently a self-employed carpenter and bee keeper. My schedule is very flexible and i can work with you and your dogs schedule and needs. I live in a household with 3 other dogs who are my roommates', so I cannot board at my home, but am more than happy and available for caring for them at yours. I am good with all size and age of dogs.
About: With over 26 years of hands-on dog care experience, I bring a deep understanding of dogs of all ages, breeds, and temperaments. From energetic puppies to senior dogs needing extra TLC, I’ve done it all—including working with rescue and shelter dogs who need patience, trust, and gentle guidance. I offer more than just pet sitting—I provide a calm, safe, and loving environment where your dog feels at home. I’m attentive to behavior cues, medication schedules, and special dietary needs, and I always prioritize your dog’s comfort and well-being. My long-term experience allows me to quickly recognize signs of stress or illness and respond appropriately. Whether your dog needs active playtime, structured walks, help with training, or just a warm lap and quiet companionship, I tailor my care to fit their unique personality and needs. I also provide training. Dog sitting fits into my schedule because I work remotely in insurance so I’m always home working on my computer and going to the park to go running. I have a fairly big sized house with a very nice sized yard for dogs to run around and play. It is gated all around
“Rebecca was a great match for our boy. He loved her immediately. She arrived on time, took plenty of pictures, and gave the walking distance needed to burn some of his energy off while I was away. Will book again.”

“This is the second or third time I’ve needed a last minute walker in a pinch and Lindsay is fantastic! Maggie was very happy when I got home, and I was relieved to not have to worry about her.”

About: Since I was eleven and homeschooled, I’ve taken care of my animals with minimal to no help. Because I was the only one home, I took care of feeding, walking, brushing, and playing with them. I connect instantly with dogs of all breeds and know how to give them a good time, while following perimeters set out by parents I’m enrolled in grad school and have a job on campus part time, but these commitments still leave me with tons of time to play and care for pups of all ages, sizes, and dispositions. I’m a clear rule follower. Any perimeters set by pet parents will be followed to the t. I unfortunately am unable to sit in my own apartment because of the apartment rules.
About: I’ve had dogs and cats in my life since I was a kid, so caring for animals comes naturally to me. One thing that sets me apart is my experience with senior and younger pets. I cared for my own dog in her later years when she developed back leg problems. I helped her move around the house, made sure she was comfortable, and gave her lots of love and patience every day. I additionally took care of my other dog in her early months waking up multiple times nightly to calm her down. Whether it’s a high-energy puppy or a senior pet needing extra care, I’m confident in handling all kinds of needs. I have a very flexible schedule and plenty of availability throughout the week, so I’m able to care for pets whenever needed. Pet care easily fits my routine, and I’m happy to adjust based on your pets specific needs and schedule.your pets comfort and routine will always come first. I believe pets are most comfortable and relaxed in their own home, which is why I only offer care in the clients space. I treat every home and pet with the same respect and care I would expect in return. Your pets safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priorities.

I enjoy exploring the colorful neighborhoods of New Orleans while caring for my four-legged companions. I jump at the opportunity to work on teaching and learning new tricks with them too. In my free time, I am a passionate circus artist, so I'm most happy when I'm juggling tennis balls, or using them for a game of fetch. I hope I can help care for your furry friends! About: I've had pets my entire life. I'm retired now and travel extensively for part of the year, so I'm unable to have pets of my own and thought this would be a great way to keep busy while I am in town. I have a doggy door and a large, gated backyard for games of fetch or hide and seek. I will provide a safe, loving home while you are away or drop-in if you so choose. When I'm in NOLA, I often work part-time from home. I'm retired so you could call me a homebody, and I'm often found working in my garden. In the fourth quarter of the year, I do travel until thanksgiving but will keep my calendar here updated. I am relatively flexible with scheduling. My son recently moved and took his Boston Terrier with him, so there are no longer any pets in my home. I have a large, fenced yard perfect for games of hide-and-seek or fetch, and I'm often in the back as well working on my garden. I do not have any plants that would present a danger. I love to take long, daily walks on the levee, which is only two blocks away...and would love to bring your pet along! I often have family visit, who also love pets.
About: Hi! My name is Sonjia! I'm a remote-working entrepreneur which means I set my own work schedule and I can work from anywhere. This also means I'm fully available to care for your pets as needed - day or night, weekday or weekend. I worked in the oil & gas industry for 25 years (10 years with Exxon Mobil and 15 years with Royal Dutch Shell) - so I'm a mature, dependable, responsible, professional person who communicates proactively and honors her commitments. I will treat your home with the utmost respect and I will care for your fur babies as I would my own (like a member of the family)! I have several 5-star reviews for in-home pet and house-sitting on the TrustedHousesitters website and a few continuing arrangements where my service, care, and flexibility work perfectly for the pet owners. I also volunteer periodically at the ASPCA and Humane Society - walking the dogs, cleaning the kennels, and giving the animals some love & affection until they find their "forever homes & families." Additionally, I've been a pet owner many times over the years: several dogs and cats; reptiles (snakes, turtles); small mammals (guinea pigs, sugar gliders); amphibians (frogs); and fish. Basically, animals love me... and I love the animals! 😊 Because I determine my daily work schedule and I’m free to work from anywhere, I can be home with your fur baby during the day to keep them company, take them on an impromptu walk to play or get some fresh air & sunlight, and be available in the event of an emergency. I will work to keep your fur baby on the consistent schedule you’ve already established and make sure that their environment continues to feel safe, secure, and loving - despite your not being there!
