“I am so happy to have found Whitney! My puppy Luna is a 2 year old pitmix rescue and she almost pulls me down to get to Whitney when we drop her off. She loves it there so much. Whitney sends me pictures and videos of Luna and says how much everyone loves her. Luna hates being alone, she has severe separation anxiety, so it warms my heart that she is happy and loved with Whitney and her family.”

“Michelle is awesome! I’m a first time furry mom so I really didn’t know what to expect leaving my sweet girl for the first time. Lola had a blast and she will definitely be visiting again soon!”

About: I've had many pet dogs and a few cats in my house since my childhood. I care deeply for animals and I'll do my absolute best to take care of others if I get the opportunity. I'm a dog owner and I have a very flexible schedule. I'm in pretty good shape and love to walk and run around with my Bella. I have a large fenced-in yard and I don't mind dogs in the house. My Bella is friendly and would love company sometimes. I can handle and care for your dog responsibly. I’m retired and like to stay active and I like spending time walking and staying fit so I walk when I can and I love doing it with my dog buddies. I have a fenced in yard with plenty of room to run around in, it’s safe and secure. My dog would like to get to know some other dogs.

“Emily was so awesome and accommodating!! I will be booking again. She sent me pictures all day and that made me feel safe with her truly. It’s hard to leave your fur baby but she made it easy. 💕 book with Emily, your dog will be so happy.”

“Oshie was very responsive and willing to accept our reservation at the last minute. She was very flexible with our schedule as we came to town for a last minute vacation. Jaxx enjoyed his stay with her, and he felt very comfortable and at ease with her!”

“Ms. Etta was great with Bronx! She sent updates and even worked on his commands with him. Bronx was exhausted when he came home! Will definitely use her anytime I need someone to watch my baby!”

“Took such good care of Tulip. It was a relief knowing she was safe while I had to go to work in a new place. Very responsive and sent photos everyday”

“Margaret was great with our baby while she healed from her spay. She even set up a mattress for her to lay on and be cozy. We will definitely use her services again.”

“Roxanne took great care of my boy got the day while I was visiting NOLA. I was so nervous to leave him with a stranger but when I left him with Roxanne, I was confident that he was in good hands. Thank you so much, Roxanne!”

About: Hi Hi! I’m Samantha, a lifelong animal lover and proud New Orleans native. I’ve been caring for dogs for over six years, gaining hands-on experience through my brother’s businesses — DogDads and Pup Kulture — where I learned everything from daily walks to structured play, boarding routines, and personalized pet care. Working alongside professionals in the field has taught me the importance of patience, consistency, and love with every pup I meet. Whether it’s long walks through the neighborhood, playtime at the park, or calm cuddles at home, I make sure each dog feels safe, comfortable, and happy while their family is away. Now that I’m offering my own services here in New Orleans, my goal is to bring that same trusted care and experience to local pet parents. When your dog stays with me, they’re not just getting a sitter — they’re getting family. 🐶💛 I work from home so I will be able to be there every second to love and care for them and ensure safety always . Walks and treats and playtime is a 24/7 service for every fur baby I want them to feel like they are at home here .
“Lynda is fabulous to work with, quick and clear in her responses. We did a meet and greet in which my wheaten puppy instantly took to her. Lynda clearly loves dogs and was great with Baloo. She was prompt to arrive, sent lovely pics throughout the day, and when I got home Baloo was happy and had eaten her lunch. I would definitely book Lynda again.”
“Rebecca is a wonderful dog sitter! My dog had a great stay at her home and clearly bonded quickly with her and her sweet pup Benny. She is communicative and reliable. If you want great, stress free care for your pup I highly recommend Rebecca!”

“Robin did an amazing job with our little girl! To top it off, we really enjoyed talking to her and meeting her when we picked up Molly. Robin is an amazing person and we highly recommend her”

About: My husband and I love dogs! We adored our large hound dog, Emmylou, for 13 years. She recently passed away and we were heartbroken. Caring for her from the time she was a puppy and then into old age was an enormous gift and learning process. We were able to watch her energy change as she aged, and felt very comfortable taking care of her senior needs as she developed more health issues with time. Emmylou loved long walks up until the end, which is something I truly miss doing with her and long to do with other dogs. We recently fostered a dog for several weeks that had a lot of puppy energy and was around 23 lbs. She loved long walks and playing in our yard and in several parks in our neighborhood. Whatever specific needs your dog might have, I am up to the task of caring for them! My husband and I currently work from home, and one of us is always at home during the day. We often go to the gym in the evening. Usually the longest we’re gone for is about 2.5 hours. We’d love to bring your dog along with us on any local adventures we might do, if it’s something you’d be comfortable with. We have a good size fenced back yard in the Bywater near the Marigny. Getting into and out of the house is relatively easy. The entry way to our home has 4 steps and so does the deck entry to the backyard. We mostly work from home. We also live in a very walkable neighborhood. I’ll take your pup on 2 walks a day if they like. We have a fenced in yard. I also have a crate if your pup needs one. Dogs are allowed on the furniture. We just don’t let them on the bed.

“Evlin was Great! She took great care of my dog Dutch. She sent pictures daily and made sure he had plenty of attention. I would definitely use her service again.”

“If I could leave 10 gold stars I would! Lindsey took such good care of my very spoiled little pugs. They hate being alone and I don't think they had a moment unattended in the 5 days they spent with Lindsey. Her dog Lola sealed the deal for the pugs as they love other dogs and feel like it's a party if other furry beings are around. On the second morning we were to take the dogs to Lindsey they didn't get off the couch. As soon as we asked if they wanted to see Lola, they were immediately at the door- such a good sign! Every night we picked up happy, tired doggies. We were able to visit New Orleans without worrying about our babies. A Godsend! Thank you so much Lindsey. We so appreciate you!”

About: My dream is to open a sunset home for elderly pets, but until then, let me care for your pets! I am a foster and volunteer for the LASPCA - I foster dogs, puppies, cats, and kittens all year round. I have two dogs and two cats of my own and work remotely; I spend as much time as I can caring for animals. It makes me happy and gives me a sense of purpose. I would love to care for (and play with!) your pets while you are away. I work from home! My family is me, two senior rescue cats, and two small rescue dogs. I am a foster and volunteer for the LASPCA and foster everything from larger dogs like pit bulls to teeny kittens that need bottle feeding. I've raised and fostered kittens and dogs, dog and cat sat for friends, and currently administer daily medication including insulin for my old guys. I'm very comfortable administering medications if your pet requires that (plus treats and snuggles after). I take daily walks, give frequent breaks in my fenced backyard, and snuggle on the couch on weekends and evenings. Please note: my availability for boarding drop off and pickup is between 8am and 8pm. Dogs must be kennel trained, and I offer kennel training for a separate fee. I have kennels here if you prefer not to bring your own, but feel free to bring dog bedding! I love to go on long walks with dogs of all sizes and energy levels. If you need a dog walker who takes great dog photos, I'm your sitter! I'm also a cat lady who loves EVERY cat of every disposition, and am pretty good at getting even the shyest cats to make a new friend in me. Ask me about basic training services during boarding, too! I am an experienced foster with lots of success training shelter and rescue dogs on basic commands, kennel training, and more. I require boarding dogs sleep in a kennel at night in my home, for everyone's safety. I have several kennels of all sizes that your dog can sleep in; please bring a familiar dog bed so your dog can feel right at home.

We are so grateful to Bailey! We planned a very last minute trip (less than 24 hours notice) to NOLA and Bailey was fast to respond and accept our request to watch our two boys. One of our dogs is reactive to other dogs so it can be very difficult for us to find sitters that are willing to accept one client at a time sometimes, especially at the last minute for Mardi Gras, but Bailey said that would be no problem. We were sent photo updates of them enjoying the grass outside and getting ready for bed. We will absolutely book again when we return to the area. Thank you and happy Mardi Gras!!!
