“Brianna is responsible and reliable person. She was able to help us out when we needed to take last minute trip. Brianna was sending photos every day and our Luna was happy and smiling on those photos. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to extend our absence for three more days. Brianna agreed to extend Luna stay, allowing us to adapt to unexpected change. Thanks so much ! I would recommend her dog-sitting services to anyone with confidence.”

“Byron and Martha were great hosts and took great care of our Yorkie boys! They sent daily pictures and messages to let us know how the boys were doing, so we didn't have to worry during our trip. I highly recommend them, and I'll be bringing the boys back whenever my wife and I travel again.”

“Jennifer was great! We got pics all along of our two pups and could tell they were having a great time & felt right at home, which allowed us to enjoy our trip so much more. Thank you!”
“"Auntie Miranda" was amazing!! She took care of our pup as if he were her own. She took him on walks and provided plenty of cuddles. She was prompt with messages and also sent many pictures of our happy little guy! Miranda went above and beyond by taking Yoshi to the groomer and trimming his nails! We will absolutely book her again.”

“It was my pups first time staying with a new person, and staying overnight somewhere other than his house! And he had the absolute best time! Debbie was so kind to always give updates, pictures and reply to questions/messages. I plan to definitely send Kuzie back, total trust!”

About: I have owned and cared for pets my entire life. Animals are my true passion. I am home full time and therefore your pup will receive constant supervision, companionship, and love throughout the day. This schedule is ideal for dogs who need frequent potty breaks or extra reassurance. I am highly experienced and comfortable managing specific behavioral and medical conditions, including: Separation Anxiety: I provide patience, soothing routines, and consistent companionship to ease anxious pups. Medical Needs: I am fully comfortable administering medications and maintaining strict health schedules. Your pet will receive attentive, expert care tailored to their exact comfort level. 🏡 Fully Equipped, Pet-Friendly Home Your dog will enjoy a secure, comfortable environment. My home features: Fenced Yard: A spacious, secure area for safe outdoor playtime and exercise. Safety Gates: Baby gates throughout the house to manage boundaries or separate dogs if necessary. Crate Availability: I have a crate on hand if your pup prefers a secure den for sleeping or downtime. I am the proud owner of two energetic Siberian Huskies, Skyler and Dexter. They love making new friends! I regularly host boarding and daycare guests for family and friends. Every visiting dog has gotten along wonderfully with my pack. Guest Dog Requirements: To ensure a safe, harmonious, and fun environment for everyone, I only accept guest dogs that meet the following criteria: Size: Medium, large, and giant breeds only (no small breeds, as my huskies are large and high-energy). Health: All dogs must be spayed or neutered. I am at home full time and available for consistent supervision. I can provide regular potty breaks as well as supervised playtime in our outdoor fenced yard, weather permitting. I have both a fenced in yard and several baby gates throughout the house. The gates are situated in a way that blocks immediate access to the garage and front door in the event of one of the dogs being an escape artist. I have a large crate for dogs who prefer more of a den space for breaks, however my dogs can and do sleep on various couches, chairs, and beds throughout the house. I also have dog beds and cooling mats available for rest time.
“Joseph was so kind as to take our Labrador very last minute. She is fearful of men in general, but immediately went with Joseph without any hesitation. Joseph sent us pictures of our dog playing with his dogs, which was awesome to see, as well as other updates that she was doing great. We already have plans for our dog to stay with Joseph again!!”

“Anna is 100% the best ever! We needed our puppy boarded for 16 days and she was able to accommodate us for most of that time, she took our pup to a local boarding service for the nights she was unable to watch her. Our pup developed a UTI and Anna took her to the urgent care and kept us informed, she administered the antibiotics to our pup while she had her. She recoverd from her UTI. We love when Anna watches our pup as she keeps her stimulated with activities and her lovely dog Tommy!”

“Willow had a great time! Laura took great care of her and sent a photo every day. She got along well with Diesel, and she ate all her food, which means she was very comfortable at Laura’s house. Knowing she was doing well allowed us to enjoy our vacation more. We will definitely book Laura again!”

“If I could give 10 stars, I would!! Every photo, Kody was smiling and genuinely happy. Her attention to detail and compassion shared with your little one is nothing short of a reflection of love.”

“She was very kind and flexible. Phoenix was in great hands with Katrina, she had lots of fun and exercise. Katrina was great at communication and you could tell she loved watching dogs.”

“Jody is one of the sweetest people I have met. She took care of my 13 year old schnauzer for a long weekend. She kept me updated with how Lucy was doing with texts and photos the whole time which made us feel so comfortable. We never worried. Also Lucy has a few extra requirements as she is 13, including a pill every day, needs to be carried outside and requires several potty breaks through the day. Jody had no trouble making sure Lucy had proper care. We’ll definitely be booking with Jody again in the future! Lucy was spoiled rotten! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Amanda was a wonderful sitter for our dogs - we loved receiving photos of them while on our vacation. She was super flexible with our travel schedule and will absolutely use her in the future!”

“Rebecca was wonderful with my dog Aspen. She was responsive and easy to communicate with, sent updates and photos, and took great care of my dog during her overnight stay. Thank you, Rebecca!”

“I cannot give Kristi enough stars! And I hope she doesn't get too busy (smile)--because my older pup LOVED her, loved spending time with her, and can't wait to go back. She is a lifesaver. Did eyedrops and even managed to get him to take a pill that I can never get him to eat without getting crushed into his food. He came home very happy, not at all stressed like from bigger dog hotels. THANK YOU, KRISTI!”

“Chucho had such a great stay with Diamond. He is a senior dog with many needs. He also needed multiple medications. Diamond was great following the care indications we provided and made sure he felt comfy and warm during this cold weather.”

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in WI ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies. Cats may be required to have Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis and Rabies up to date.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English 24/7. When an incident occurs, we recommend that sitters contact our Trust & Safety team immediately so that they can connect your sitter with a board-certified veterinarian or offer other resources to help.
If a sitter needs to cancel at the last minute, Rover’s reservation protection means our team will work with you to find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible.
