6. Maureen D.
About: I love dogs and have taken care of many different breeds for many years. When I'm dog-sitting, I treat them as if they were my own pets. When their "parents" are gone, it's important to make them feel secure. That's why I prefer to dog-sit in the pet's home. Also, I work in the medical field and know when a dog needs to see the vet. I am a semi-retired medical writer/editor and I work from home exclusively. This means that when I'm caring for your pet, I'm home with them every day all day. All I need to do my work is access to wi-fi. Also, I've had birds for more than 40 years, so if you have a bird in addition to your dog, you can trust me with its care. I mentioned earlier that I prefer to care for pets in their own home. It's less disruptive and helps them to feel secure. That's important to me.

7. Zoe S.
“Zoe is an excellent dog/cat sitter, last February I was put of town on an emergency and she came to my rescue, no problem. I have a cat, twinkle, and a medium sized dog, buster, and they love her. She cleans their bowls, takes buster for walks and very affectionate with both. She has my approval 100%.”

8. Kimberly R.

“Kimberly house sat two puppies while we were out of town and did an incredible job making us feel comfortable while we were gone. Two puppies can be a handful but she was willing and able to them on and keep them entertained and safe! Thank you so much Kim!”

9. Delia & Gabriel C.

“Chris did a fantastic job sitting our dog. He’s a very caring and patient person. He was also very flexible when it came to adjusting his schedule. Our dog Daisy really liked him too :) Looking forward to booking him again.”

12. Samantha M.
“Samantha is a spunky, hardworking young lady who has so much life and happiness everywhere she goes. You and your dog will love her. .”

13. Kelsey N.

“Our pets had a wonderful time having Kelsey stay with them for a week while we were gone. She took great care of them, gave them medications, kept us updated on how they were doing, and made us feel at ease to leave our basset hounds, cats, and home. Our cats were well loved also, and gave them lots of love as well. We hope that she will be available to stay for future trips.”

14. Haven D.
“Haven is a responsible and compassionate pet caregiver. She prioritizes the needs of the animal first and foremost. She will not disappoint. She is amazing!”

15. Nicole M.

“This is second time, we have use Nicole. We think she is amazing and does a great job!!”

16. Melissa m.

“Melissa did an excellent job house sitting & taking care of our senior dog Fozzy. He can be particular and we came home to a happy healthy dog after a trip. She sent us many pictures of Fozzy having a great time, and he was so comfortable with her he ate well while we were gone, which is usually a challenge. We will definitely be booking Melissa again the next time we travel!”

17. Mallory M.

“Mallory was an excellent dog sitter. She was prompt, communicated when needed and left the house very clean. My dog seemed very happy. Highly recommended.”

18. Hannah M.
“Hannah is an absolutely wonderful pet caretaker! She’s incredibly responsible, thoughtful, and has such a natural way with animals. Her communication is always on point—she’s clear, timely, and always keeps you in the loop, which makes such a difference when you’re leaving your pet in someone else’s hands. What really stands out about Hannah is how much she genuinely cares. She’s the kind of person who goes the extra mile to make sure pets feel comfortable, happy, and loved. You can tell she puts her heart into what she does, and that’s what makes her so special. Whether it’s sticking to routines, being attentive to little quirks, or just giving your pet some extra love, Hannah does it all with such ease and kindness. I’d trust her with any pet, any time!”

19. Colleen M.

“Colleen takes good care of Freya. Colleen really helped me out when another sitter had to cancel. Can’t recommend Colleen enough !”

20. Amanda B.
“Amanda has always been a great help when I get stuck at work late. She’s super calm and professional, and my miniature schnauzer, (Mr. Scruffles) took to her right away.
