“When I first had Maya come by to meet my Dalmatian, I quickly learned just how aware of everything she was. She was clearly confident being around my excited 1 year old and was not at all caught off guard. Her friendliness was very genuine and was quite comforting in that way. We took a walk together and I was able to get an idea of how she operated around dogs. I let her hold the leash for majority of the walk and she handled a bit of pulling and excitement throughout very well. She was telling me about her own experiences growing up with dogs her whole life which I think would help sooth any uncertainties one might have about leaving their dog with someone for a bit. If you ever need someone to rely on with your own, Maya is definitely a great option to always keep in mind.”

She is really understanding of my dog's bursts of high energy due to her being a cattle dog, which is great to know someone is making sure she is getting her exercise. About: Hi! I have loved dogs for as long as I can remember. I finally got my own dog on my 11th birthday and since then, I’ve done everything to include dogs in my life as much as possible! Outside of Rover I teach yoga and mindfulness to children. I cherish my time with dogs as they are the ultimate teachers of presence, flexibility, and the joy of living in the moment. I work part time teaching classes and am working on developing my business. I am fortunate to have a flexible schedule in which I can fill up much of my time taking care of animals here!
