About: I’ve taken care of my neighbors’ dogs for years, helping with walks, feeding, playtime, and basic care. I also have a Yorkie of my own, so I truly understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet. About: Dogs have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up, my family always had two or three at a time—from Huskies, Malamutes, and wolf dogs to French Bulldogs, Border Collies, and Pit Bulls—so I learned early that every breed brings its own personality, challenges, and way of learning. Over the years, I’ve worked on the fundamentals with a wide variety of dogs and later had the opportunity to learn from an experienced trainer with a background in search and rescue, protection work, and advanced behavior training. That experience helped me expand my skills, understand dogs on a deeper level, and appreciate how much the right approach can change both a dog’s behavior and their future. Now I’m building something of my own. My goal is to keep learning, keep improving, and use the skills I’ve developed to help dogs become more confident, manageable, and successful in their homes. Most importantly, I hope to help give dogs with behavioral challenges a second chance—and keep as many as possible from being euthanized simply because they were misunderstood or never given the right training. I tend to favor weekends and over nights with my work schedule. However, flexibility is possible. Scheduling your pups appointments ahead will always be recommended! I work with both dogs and handlers/owners to facilitate better communication. Once a dog can communicate effectively with their human, a bond deeper than “the hand that feeds me” can develop.

About: 6 years of professional dog training and boarding experience. I have experience in a wide variety of dogs from your average pet dogs to police k9s. I am a professional dog trainer and I also do boarding so my entire life revolves around dogs. I create my own schedule so I can adjust according to the dogs needs I have a .5 acre fenced in yard so there will be plenty of room for your pup to run and play. I also have a designated kennel room. I impliment crating and rotate so your dog will get 100% undivided attention and will not be out with other dogs.

About: I’ve taken care of and read book about dog behaviors and body language. I’ve had 13 personal dogs. And have taken care of well over 30 clients dogs and animals. They are the best creatures in the world My schedule starts off with morning feeding routine and then a walk! Or whatever routine you would like me to do with your baby I will stick to the routine that has been provided I have a big back yard and front yard. Both fenced in I have trained dogs in the house that can be separated from the dogs I take in or they can mingle up to the pet parent! Dogs are allowed on beds and furniture and around the home !

About: Over 20 years as a dog owner. I'm semi-retired. I've been watching friends' and friends of friends' pets for years. I've been the only house/dog sitter for a pair of Dalmatians for the last 5 years. I've handled puppies that are still working on becoming housebroken as well as senior dogs that need regular medication and extra care. I do in-home tech support/ IT work. When a customer's animals have warmed up to me, I've been asked if I did pet sitting as well. It feels good when the pet picks you. My working schedule is very flexible, I'm usuably able to adjust it to make sure I'm available to see to your pet's needs. If I commit to caring for your critters they will be my scheduling priority. I don't have pets in my own home. When house/pet sitting, besides feeding, walking and picking up after the pets I'm capable of handling household issues that might come up.

About: For boarding pets successfully I bring organization and attention to detail to the table. I work with all ages, breeds and sizes of dogs, and all types of pets. I will follow your detailed feeding & medication instructions to the letter! I have many years of experience successfully caring for pets. Your pet will play with their own fav toys & have unlimited potty breaks in fenced yard, as well as get treats along the way. ***Best times for drop-off/pick up & meet-and-greet: anytime after 4:30pm Mon-Fri, and anytime Sat/Sun*** You are encouraged to send your dog’s fav blanket, dog-bed, crate or whatever will help your pet feel comfortable. There is plenty of room here to set up even an XXl crate or dog bed. Or, your dog can sleep on the couch! Either way they will be comfortable. In winter - electric blanket available on low setting. Yard: Solid 6-ft fence = totally secure, fully fenced yard. House: doggy door leading to fenced back yard is available. Totally fenced dog-run on site for fetch, evening zoomies. Screened front door provides extra barrier to outside.

About: I love animals. I am an environmental science student at CSUMB and I’ve worked with animals for many years! I had a pretty set client base in my hometown and I am hoping to get some more new clients here in Monterey! I am thoughtful, kind, and will take great care of your furry friend! I will always do everything in my power to ensure your animals feels safe, cared for, and happy when I am around:-) I am a student and most of my time is spent doing homework. On days where I have clients I do everything with the animal I am with! They are the main focus and I love taking dogs with me everywhere and sitting and playing with cats. Animals have always had a liking to me. I am very knowledgeable on all types of dogs and cats so I will always ensure that they feel safe and comfortable while I am around. I do not mind dogs in my car so I will always find the time to bring them to a dog park (if the dog is able to of course) and so they can have plenty of time outside to socialize and enjoy their time with me! Cats love to snuggle with me and I will always appreciate some relaxing cat time. Both my cats are harness trained and I bring them outside quite often as well!

About: I have been caring for my 13 year old dog, Molly, for 11 years. I am also an active volunteer at the county animal shelter, working with dogs (1,000+ hours) and cats (400+ hours). I have a special place in my heart for dogs with behavioral and medical needs, and working with them at the shelter has taught me patience and skills that help to make the animals more comfortable. I also have training in puppy care, senior dog care, walking leash-sensitive dogs, and caring for injured animals. The time I get to spend with dogs is the most fun I have doing anything, and I take a lot of pride in caring for them with the appropriate level of attention and patience they need. I work remotely and have a flexible schedule, so I am available to walk and care dogs at a variety of hours.
