About: Dogs have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up, my family always had two or three at a time—from Huskies, Malamutes, and wolf dogs to French Bulldogs, Border Collies, and Pit Bulls—so I learned early that every breed brings its own personality, challenges, and way of learning. Over the years, I’ve worked on the fundamentals with a wide variety of dogs and later had the opportunity to learn from an experienced trainer with a background in search and rescue, protection work, and advanced behavior training. That experience helped me expand my skills, understand dogs on a deeper level, and appreciate how much the right approach can change both a dog’s behavior and their future. Now I’m building something of my own. My goal is to keep learning, keep improving, and use the skills I’ve developed to help dogs become more confident, manageable, and successful in their homes. Most importantly, I hope to help give dogs with behavioral challenges a second chance—and keep as many as possible from being euthanized simply because they were misunderstood or never given the right training. I tend to favor weekends and over nights with my work schedule. However, flexibility is possible. Scheduling your pups appointments ahead will always be recommended! I work with both dogs and handlers/owners to facilitate better communication. Once a dog can communicate effectively with their human, a bond deeper than “the hand that feeds me” can develop.

About: I’ve taken care of my neighbors’ dogs for years, helping with walks, feeding, playtime, and basic care. I also have a Yorkie of my own, so I truly understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet. I’ve dog sat for friends with both big and small dogs, as well as cats, and I always make sure each pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved. What sets me apart is my patience, reliability, and my genuine enjoyment of spending time with animals, especially on long walks where dogs get to explore, exercise, and have fun. I currently attend community college four mornings a week, which means I’m free most of the day for pet care. This gives me plenty of time for walks, drop-in visits, playtime, and extended care. When caring for pets in my home or a client’s home, I always focus on making them feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I make sure dogs get plenty of exercise through walks and outdoor time, and I give lots of attention, affection, and positive reinforcement. For cats, I provide calm care, feeding, litter maintenance, and gentle interaction at their comfort level. I also keep owners updated with messages and photos so they always know how their pet is doing.

About: Ive been around all types of dogs since I was 11. Therefore I am not intimidated by big dogs. High energy and low energy dogs they are all welcomed. I work a part time job in the AM. Which allows me to be a sitter in the evenings. Weekends can be more flexible, just send me a message to plan accordingly :) I have a pugs of my own of 5 years old as well as a doberman puppy named lady. She keeps us entertained. It is never fun leaving behind a family memeber but i'll make sure they are not only taken well care of, they'll have so much attention and fun they won't have time to miss you! About: I've walked dogs in the summer for families in my neighborhood. It brings me joy and I'm excited to help the people of Santa Cruz I work 30 hours so looking to fill up to a 40 hour work week. My partner Brian and I live in the Pleasure point area of Santa Cruz, and we truly love taking care of all kinds of animals, I have had dogs and cats all my life and I am attuned to their needs and varying personalities. I have 5 years professional pet sitting experience and I been a dog mom to large dogs for 10+ years. Brian has been a dog parent to large dogs for 30 years. We are always the person that my friends, co-workers and neighbors come to when their dogs or cats need care. We recently moved out of Aptos, and we cannot host overnight dogs, in our new house, but we can host overnight cats. We have hosted cats for as long as five months in our house. Our house is very pet-friendly and they basically rule the roost, and they can sleep wherever they want. We are available to do drop-in dog care, walks or house sitting. We both love spending time outside in nature, hiking, and keeping an active lifestyle your pet will enjoy. We do not own any pets, so we are always looking forward to taking care of your fur babies! We love to take dogs outside to explore nature, play a game of fetch, beach romps, and redwoods hikes. We are experienced with dogs from puppies to elders, especially with senior dogs. We can’t wait to meet you and your best friend! We are available for long weekends and most holidays. My partner Brian’s schedule has recently changed so we can only board weekends, or possibly over a long weekend: We can take a Friday evening drop off at 5pm earliest, and can schedule a Monday morning pickup until 10 am or so. Our house is only available for boarding overnight cats, but we have lots of windows and sunny spots to curl up and take a nap. We have French doors that look out over the private backyard. We are set off the road behind a large fence, so it is extremely quiet.
