Ashley was warm, communicative, and clearly a natural with dogs. She kept me updated with thoughtful messages and photos that gave me total peace of mind. It was clear Coco wasn’t just being “watched”—she was genuinely cared for, loved, and engaged. Ashley paid close attention to Coco’s routines and personality, which made a big difference. I needed a house sitter at the last minute over Thanksgiving. Ashley responded right away to my inquiry and came over that same day to meet Yuzu and see my house. She was delightful, and both Yuzu and I felt comfortable with her immediately. She coordinated clearly with me and my neighbors, and sent me pictures of my happy dog. I would definitely contact her again.
