About: I’ve taken care of my neighbors’ dogs for years, helping with walks, feeding, playtime, and basic care. I also have a Yorkie of my own, so I truly understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet. I’ve dog sat for friends with both big and small dogs, as well as cats, and I always make sure each pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved. What sets me apart is my patience, reliability, and my genuine enjoyment of spending time with animals, especially on long walks where dogs get to explore, exercise, and have fun. I currently attend community college four mornings a week, which means I’m free most of the day for pet care. This gives me plenty of time for walks, drop-in visits, playtime, and extended care. I’m flexible, reliable, and happy to work around your pet’s routine to make sure they get the attention they deserve. When caring for pets in my home or a client’s home, I always focus on making them feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I follow each pet’s routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and rest. I make sure dogs get plenty of exercise through walks and outdoor time, and I give lots of attention, affection, and positive reinforcement. For cats, I provide calm care, feeding, litter maintenance, and gentle interaction at their comfort level. I also keep owners updated with messages and photos so they always know how their pet is doing.

About: For walks: I'm very experienced at dog waking. I can handle big and small dogs. I can move at any pace on walks including running. I like to let the dog set the pace. I will typically ask owners what commands they use with their dogs so I can help keep them trained and have them heel on walks. I always avoid other dogs just in case. And on hot days I plan my walks in advance and leave water out for the dog on the route before I start the walk. For drop ins and sitting: I will comfort your dog while you are away as well as feeding them, walking them, and playing with them. I can also give medications orally, but I can't inject any medications. I'm currently a student and since all my classes are online, I will have plenty of time for your pets. I'm free every day, but Thursday and I'm not free Saturday after 6pm I will comfort your dog while you are away as well as feeding them, walking them, and playing with them. I can also give medications orally, but I can't inject any medications. I'm great about making sure the house is completely locked up and the key put back in it's place when I'm done.

About: I've cared for dogs for years, including my own pets as well as dogs belonging to friends and family. Through that experience, I've learned how important it is to provide a safe, loving, and dependable environment where every dog feels comfortable and cared for. I understand that every pet has a unique personality and routine, so I take the time to follow each owner's instructions carefully, whether that's feeding schedules, walks, playtime, or simply giving them the attention and affection they need. My goal is to make your pet feel happy and secure while you're away. I'll also keep you updated with regular photos and messages, so you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is in good hands. I treat every dog with the same care, patience, and love that I give my own. I'm currently in college, but I only have three classes this semester. Therefore, I will have more time to play with your pup! I'm available to board on weekends and most weekdays. The only times I will be out are Tuesdays and Thursdays before 2 pm and Wednesdays after 2pm. I have a fenced yard to play outside in and your pet's safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priorities. Whether I'm caring for your pet in your home or mine, I'll make sure they have plenty of attention, exercise, fresh water, and a calm, loving environment. I follow each pet's normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any special instructions you provide. I understand that consistency helps pets feel safe and comfortable while you're away. I also make sure pets are always supervised during walks, keep doors and gates secure, and pay close attention to their behavior to ensure they're happy and healthy. I'll treat your home with respect and keep you updated with photos and messages so you always know how your pet is doing.

About: Hello! My partner Brian and I live in the Pleasure point area of Santa Cruz, and we truly love taking care of all kinds of animals, I have had dogs and cats all my life and I am attuned to their needs and varying personalities. I have 5 years professional pet sitting experience and I been a dog mom to large dogs for 10+ years. Brian has been a dog parent to large dogs for 30 years. We are always the person that my friends, co-workers and neighbors come to when their dogs or cats need care. We recently moved out of Aptos, and we cannot host overnight dogs, in our new house, but we can host overnight cats. We have hosted cats for as long as five months in our house. Our house is very pet-friendly and they basically rule the roost, and they can sleep wherever they want. We are available to do drop-in dog care, walks or house sitting. We both love spending time outside in nature, hiking, and keeping an active lifestyle your pet will enjoy. We do not own any pets, so we are always looking forward to taking care of your fur babies! We love to take dogs outside to explore nature, play a game of fetch, beach romps, and redwoods hikes. We are experienced with dogs from puppies to elders, especially with senior dogs. We can’t wait to meet you and your best friend! We are available for long weekends and most holidays. My partner Brian’s schedule has recently changed so we can only board weekends, or possibly over a long weekend: We can take a Friday evening drop off at 5pm earliest, and can schedule a Monday morning pickup until 10 am or so. Our house is only available for boarding overnight cats, but we have lots of windows and sunny spots to curl up and take a nap. We have French doors that look out over the private backyard. We are set off the road behind a large fence, so it is extremely quiet.

About: I’ve always loved animals and enjoy making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. I have experience caring for my family’s dachshund and taking care of my own pets, including a snake, a crested gecko, and a leopard gecko. Caring for different animals has taught me the importance of patience, consistency, and understanding that every pet has different needs. I’m attentive to feeding routines, cleanliness, behavior, and making sure animals have a comfortable environment. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet, and I will treat yours with the same care and respect I’d want for my own! I’m organized and responsible, and I plan my schedule carefully to make sure I can give each pet the attention they deserve. I’m happy to coordinate visits, walks, and pet sitting times in advance to fit your pet’s routine and needs. I understand that consistency is important for animals, so I’ll do my best to maintain their usual feeding, walking, playtime, and rest schedules. I’ll communicate with you ahead of time to make sure we’re a good fit! Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my priorities. I follow your instructions carefully, respect your home, and make sure your pet has fresh water, appropriate food, a clean environment, and plenty of attention. I take time to learn each pet’s personality, routines, and boundaries rather than assuming every animal is the same. I’m careful with doors, leashes, feeding instructions, and anything that could pose a risk to your pet. I’m also happy to send photo updates so you can feel reassured while you’re away. I want you to feel confident knowing your pet is being cared for responsibly, patiently, and with lots of love.

About: Over 20 years as a dog owner. I'm semi-retired. I've been watching friends' and friends of friends' pets for years. I've been the only house/dog sitter for a pair of Dalmatians for the last 5 years. I've handled puppies that are still working on becoming housebroken as well as senior dogs that need regular medication and extra care. I do in-home tech support/ IT work. When a customer's animals have warmed up to me, I've been asked if I did pet sitting as well. It feels good when the pet picks you. My working schedule is very flexible, I'm usuably able to adjust it to make sure I'm available to see to your pet's needs. If I commit to caring for your critters they will be my scheduling priority. I don't have pets in my own home. When house/pet sitting, besides feeding, walking and picking up after the pets I'm capable of handling household issues that might come up.

Animals are my true passion & they all are my babies to me! I love them all so I choose to be a professional pet sitter. I have extensive experience with animals. For their separation anxiety I prefer to watch them in their own environment. Since I was a teenager, I was helping street dogs & cats to found homes. I took classes, and I learned how to take care animals. I learned about proper diet, housing, and medical care for variety of animals. I do have lot of experience with other animals as well as dogs & cats. I am super familiar with bunnies, turtles, chickens, cows, goats, sheeps, ducks, birds especially since I am a kid, I spent my holidays at my father’s farms. Your pets will stay happily entertained to have the best Pawsome VIP Vacation! We will have so much fun together with your dearies! I am a full time pet sitter & that is the only way how I can see possible to do pet sitting job proper. I can fully supervise “kids” and make sure they all good and happy ;) Kindly give a bath to your most lovely puppies before giving them to me pretty please. Otherwise I need to give bath & grooming for my dearie guest paws. I will charge it. About: What sets me apart from other sitters is that I have taken care of many dogs. I’ve also had bunnies, hamsters, hermit crabs, birds growing up. My dog has also had babies. So I have experience in taking care of puppies because I helped my dog give birth. Pet care fits into my routine because I am currently enrolled in college and I am mostly just focusing on that right now. Being able to see some dogs for a few hours would be a great way to fit some exercise into my routine. I care for them by always being attentive and making sure they are loved and cared for. I also love walking and being with nature, so it would be fun to take out some new doggies for walks.

During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Meet & Greets are a great way to prepare your pet and walker for longer stays or first-time bookings. Read our tips for your first Meet & Greet.

Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
