About: Over the course of my life I have owned, raised and cared for dogs (Husky + Pitbull mutt, Lab and Chihuahua), chickens, quail, fish, lizards and cats. I'm very organized when it comes to scheduling, I'll be constantly updating my available times on this app and stay in communication if scheduling problems come up. I'm a very flexible person as well, I usually don't mind driving if locations change or re-scheduling. Any pet in my care will have my utmost attention and loads of affection, and I welcome your detailed instructions as to how you’d like your pet cared for. I'm very conscious about having a safe environment, making sure any trash or choking hazards are out of reach, as well as closely monitoring outside time.

“Tommy has been my pet sitter for 1 year now.I met her while she worked at the petsmart in Santa Cruz. I have a Maltese and a chihuahua who both have total separation anxiety. Tommy stays at my house and just hangs out with them all day. She takes them everywhere in her car and even sleeps with them. It is just what they need. They love her. What's really nice is she does school on-line so she doesn't have to leave them. She is constantly sending me pictures of what they are doing, which I love as I worry about my little babies. She even dresses them in costumes for halloween and pride week. I wish I could attach the photos.”

We would go out on sales calls and countless times we would pickup a dog that was on the street and rescue them by either finding where they lived and driving them home to their families or taking them to shelters for their safety. Denise was always able to tell me about what happened to the dog because she would follow up to make sure they were reunited with their loved ones or adopted. About: I've been doing freelance and company animal care work for over 4 year. I have enjoyed working with all types dog and cats of any age my whole life. I new from a very young age that I would love to have full time job working with pets. I have 4 rescues of my own. My oldest pup is a Boxer I rescued when he was 2 months old. He was a super neglected and malnourished. I was able to get him back to health with in a few months. He is now 5 years old and is one of the happiest pups in the world. My other pup my boyfriend and I took in when she was a couple days old. She was weaned early causing behavioral problems as a puppy. We decided to start bottle feeding her again until she was of age, and started working on her behavior with a specialist weekly. She is really one of the sweetest German Shepard pups I've had. She is now a year old, and has made a lot of progress since we rescued her. I also have two, year old, rescue kittens both taken in around a few days old, which I also nursed and bottle fed until they were able to care for themselves. I am so proud that all of them turned out to be very sweet, happy, and health. Working in animal care I have also gain experience not only with handling but with sanitization and administering different types medications to owners specific standers. I have administer oral medications to pets such as liquid or pills, injections such as insulin, and epi-pens if needed. I have also been trained to clean and inspect certain wounds. I am also very good at learning by example. I am currently working full-time a an animal care facility in Live Oak. I have two set days on Mondays and Tuesdays, that I would be able to check in or walk you pet. I would also be willing to try and accommodate to certain customer needs. I have two dogs and a cat. Since I live in a rental, unfortunately, I am not able to do boarding in my home at this time.

About: I have been taking care of dogs and cats all my life. I began working for myself full time in the pet care business. I will care for your fur kiddos as if they were my own. And my babies are SPOILED!! I will also send texts and pics to my clients so that they know their fur baby is in good hands and having the time of their life!! I am also able to book out 6 months in advance. I have the best job in the world!! I care for pets in the clients place of residence. However, I will board on a case by case basis. A meet and greet with my 8 year dog will be required in my home beforehand. I have a fenced in backyard and a great neighborhood to walk in.

“Hailey is Amazing with both of my dogs. They have very different personalities—one is super laid back and the other is your basic nutcase. But when she comes over to walk them, She commands both of their attention and really gets on their level. She is always on time and highly communicative. She even taught my youngest pup some leash manners. Seriously, this lady is great.”

About: I’ve taken care of my dogs since I could walk, as well as petsitting for neighbors since I was 7. I am patient with all dogs and comfortable administering medicine and other care, after years of experience dealing with my own dogs medical complications. I currently work part time Thursday-Sunday, so I am free every Monday- Wednesday. My hours fluctuate on the days that I do work, so depending on my schedule I would still be able to walk either before or after work. I pay close attention to all of the dogs, making sure they show no signs of heat stroke or other cues something’s is wrong. I will always be playing with the or enriching them in some way. I always think that a busy dog is a happy dog.
