Max’s confidence to give her medicine put me at ease so I could still go. They kept me updated on how my pets were doing throughout my trip and gave them all the love/care they needed. Pauline happened to see my message in the late hours of the night (which I was totally not expecting) and offered to come stay with my dogs last minute in the middle of the night. I couldn’t believe it. Pauline is such a kind, caring, considerate, thoughtful person- I am so grateful she could help me out.”
