About: I use empathy to connect with the animals, which allows me to build a bond - that's why there is an angry toothless chihuahua that considers me part of the family even though I'm just a parent's friend. My schedule is very flexible, so I will easily adjust my morning/afternoon/evening to make sure that your fur-child has exceptional care and all the necessary attention I will ensure that all the messes are cleaned up, you'll be informed of anything that might be happening between visits or if anything happens that concerns me. You'll have a detailed report on what I do to provide perfect care for your baby and a picture of them (should they wish to interact)

About: I have taken care of neighbors’ pets since I was young. I love animals, and I also have a dog of my own that I have raised since she was a puppy. I currently work from home for most of the week so my schedule is flexible to allow me to accompany your pet and take them out as needed throughout the day. I am organized, meticulous, and empathetic, and my space reflects this. My home is neat, pet-proofed, and ready to provide your pet with a comfortable place to relax. I will go above and beyond to provide the best care for your pet.

“Thank you so much for taking lucky on a walk!!! He looks like he had so much fun with you, and I really appreciate how you went above and beyond to refill his water, clean his paws, and help get him back in his cone post-surgery. We can’t wait til next time :)”

“Liz is AWESOME, and we could not be more tickled to have connected with such a kind and responsive new friend! We will be calling again on our future visits to New Haven!!”

About: I’ve been an animal-lover since elementary school. I’ve had cats since birth, but at age 8 I saved my money up for a year to buy my own cat and I’ve been taking care of animals ever since. I have experience taking care of cats and dogs of all ages, as well as birds, reptiles, rodents, and aquariums (freshwater, saltwater, and reef.) I even have experience caring for wild animals in a rehabilitation setting, so administering medication or accommodating special needs is no problem! I love finding ways to provide enrichment in your pet’s life. I understand that every animal is different, so I’m happy to get to know your pet’s individual needs and provide plenty of love and patience! I’ll be starting graduate school in the fall, so I’m looking for flexible hours doing things I love! I am available for drop in visits or overnight stays. I’m happy to work with you and be flexible depending on your needs! I would love to spend some time talking with you to understand your pet’s individual needs so that I can provide the best care necessary! I am very patient and caring, so challenging animals are not a problem. If your pet has any special needs I am happy to learn more about what I can do to accommodate for that! I have experience caring for animals in a rehabilitation setting so administering medications or making accommodations for animals is something I’m experienced with!

About: I have spent 10 years of my life taking care of my own animals and families pet. On top of schooling to provide the best care possible. Currently part time, my availability is Sunday, Monday and Thursday. Hours can be interchangeable; never be afraid to ask :). Completely free those days to be attentive to your pets. I’ve had dogs all my life. I know how to play with animals for maximum exercise, can follow dietary instructions and have a deep rooted love for all species. Dogs are the babies in my home and receive the utmost care and love. Never worry about other dogs in the home or mistreatment from others.

“Mary Rose helped us out in a big way by walking and feeding our dog on a last minute request! She was a great communicator and the pup was well cared for. Thank you!”

“Paul was just perfect for my needs. He walked my two Welsh Corgi's while I was away. He was always prompt, courteous and considerate. My pups grew to like him a lot, and the walking became and happy for them. My husband, who remained at home during this trip, was very pleased. Thank you Paul!”

About: I’ve taken care of many types of dogs and cats from pugs, to raising my 4 year old English cream golden retriever from 2 months to now, to a Bernese mountain dog! Friends and family rely on me to take care of their pets when I am away and I’m all for it! Let me know how I can best serve you and your furry family members! I’m currently attending Yale’s PA program. Most days vary depending on the schedule but I am available for potty breaks. During the evening I will be home and available. Weekends I love to spend outside and would be more than happy to take your pet along! Message me with questions! I have quite a bit of skill with a range of dogs and have learned quite a bit with my golden from puppy age to now (who is rambunctious as you can imagine!) I care for other peoples pets as I would my own.

About: Hi! My name is Jasie. I am working full-time in healthcare and from home (which gives me lots of flexibility)! Animals bring me so much joy and I love meeting new ones anywhere I go. I am coming back from a break from the app, as I had some years to spend with my roommate’s two lovely cats but they’ve now moved away and I’d love to make some new neighborhood friends! Right now I will focus my business on caring for cats. I have experience with special needs dogs and cats (meds, extra food prep). When you want to spend some time away from home and don’t want to leave your animals alone or even just want some time to yourself, I would love to take care of them! I work from home so have plenty of flexibility to care on dogs and cats, especially dogs when potty time is more needed than usual. I can play with them as I take breaks from work as well! I can crate a dog or cat if needed. I am very careful and like to make sure your pets are in my view from wherever I am most of the time. If I have to leave, I’ll make sure they can’t find trouble!

“Azeen looked after our yellow lab while we were on vacation. She was terrific. She walked him twice a day, took him swimming, dried him off, and looked after his needs. She even helped with our pool, and turned on our AC on the final day. I highly recommend her, and would not hesitate to use her again. She's also very friendly”

“Julia was great walking and checking in on our dog Franklin. She was very thorough, prompt with responses, and sent a lot of updates with pictures. We’ll definitely use Julia again in the future.”

About: I grew up with three ridgebacks and a beagle, all of whom needed specialized care into their later years. Now, as an adult, I really miss getting to spend so much time with dogs — I would view getting to walk, feed, or play with your dog as a privilege, not an obligation. I work a pretty unorthodox job that leaves me with a open schedule for weeks at a time. The money is nice, sure, but I mostly just need something to fill up my days. I’m very flexible, and more than willing to work with you and your pet’s schedule. I really just aim to make clients animals as close to their everyday routines as possible — it can be jarring for some dogs to have a new person around! A happy dog is a good dog, I find.

“Jasie is a kind and compassionate person to humans and animals. I've known her for a very long time and she's always been passionate about dogs and a dog whisperer even to the most difficult of dogs.
