So it’s over 20 years now 🥲 I have 5 years of experience as a volunteer for my local shelter, fostering kittens and dogs. I’ve cared for sick and skittish animals. I’ve personally had mostly small and medium shelter recuses, but I’ve cared for all types, big or small! I’ve had 3 cats for the last 10 years and I’m a certified cat lover 😻😻 I’ve also looked after guinea pigs, hamsters, fish, and even frogs, so basically if it has fur, fins, or a tank, I’ve probably fed it at some point. I’m excited to look after your fur babies as well! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ I keep a flexible, full-time schedule so I can be available whenever care is needed! About: I have been fostering kittens, adult cats and puppies, adult dogs, hamsters, love birds and fish. I love fostering animals. I don't do this as a job but as a passion and love. I'm a PhD student working in the University of Puerto Rico Mayaguez. I have a rescued Maltese whose name is Roy. I mostly work from home but have one class every day. I have netted my windows and balcony. My apartment is on the second floor and the gate of the building is also netted so that the cats won't runa away.
About: I grew up volunteering at S.A.V.E animal shelter, and my family adopted multiple pets from there. On a weekly basis, I would clean out crates, manage food and water, help the veterinarians with medication tracking, and cuddle the fur babies. As an adult, I've had the good fortune to travel a lot for work -- dance takes you everywhere! -- and to house sit for friends and family, in Princeton and far beyond. Super dependable and I pay attention to the needs of your pets and I am super attentive to cleaning up any messes in and around litter boxes and put on walks with my dog friends. I am retired elementary school principal whose wife works as a professor so I have lots of time to visit in the mornings for breakfast, mid morning and early afternoons for walks and keeping your pet company and also available for dinners and any bedtime routines. My cats had the run of our home during the day with a dedicated two litter box space. I do not currently offer in my OWN home care for other people's pets.
“Jack took great care of my 3 dogs, 2 cats, and 2 guinea pigs for almost a week! From the pictures I received I could tell my pets were super happy. The dogs were played with and cuddled, and the cats too. Jack took my outdoor obsessed, indoor only cat out for supervised yard time, even though I said no pressure to do so! The guinea pig cages were really clean, and the girls were not hiding in the pictures so I knew Jack was spending quality time with them and earned their trust. I was able to enjoy my trip with peace of mind that my pets were safe and loved! I’d trust Jack to care for all 7 of my pets again!”
About: I have had many different animals in the past my favorite being my Rottweiler scooby I love Him the most but I also had rabbits cats parrots turtles and much more I always had a connection with my furry friends and cant wait to meet yours I'm currently working part time so ill be as attentive as I possible can during my stays with my lovely furry friends. She was very communicative took them on walks and gave them lots of love. The last night she was with them one of our pups got sick and kept her up all night. She provided lots of detail as to the specifics of what was happening so that I was able to share it with the vet. I would absolutely book Hannah again and recommend her to friends and family. 🩷

She was patient with getting to know my dog, who is wary of new people, but quickly made friends and took excellent care of her. Maia is so great with our boy Harvey. He is a big softie and she is so sweet with him. He got so excited when she arrived after meeting her for the first time for a meet and greet. Great communication, regular updates and photos. We had a delay with our flights and she was happy to go back and make sure he was ok. I cannot recommend Maia more. I will definitely rebook when I need someone to stay again.
Andrew house sat our two dogs for a little over a week. One of our dogs is pretty shy and slow to warm up, but in just a few days she seemed totally happy with Andrew there.
