“She managed to get our cranky boy to allow her to pet him. I am not sure how she managed that. He doesn't like anyone except us. That's huge. The other 2 enjoyed lots of attention and treats.”

I have a fenced yard and a dog of my own who I play with and take care of daily! We play, have potty breaks, I bathe her and she would love to meet new friends!

“Emma was wonderful with my Duke and he is not easy. She was very patient and sweet with him. She sent us pictures often and took great care of him. Emma left everything organized and neat. We will definitely call her again.”

“Giana was kind and very intentional in making sure our pups were safe and taken care of. She was constantly in touch with us. We did a pre meet and that was helpful as I am new to Rover. Our house was left spotless. I will definitely use Giana again.”

“Ryan was great! She stayed with our "pups" (as she cutely called them) for almost a week. Right from the start she sent texts, photos, and a sense that all was under control. Meeting her before the stay both her experience as a student working towards going to vet school and as a horse owner sealed the deal. We'd happily use her again.”

“Ashley was EXCELLENT. She stayed at our home for 17 days while we were on a European vacation. Communication is one of Ashley’s biggest strengths. She kept in constant touch, asked questions about things she needed to clarify and above all gave our boxer girl a heap of love and affection. House was in perfect order when we returned. Will definitely hire her again.”

“Danielle was amazing. She took such great care of our elderly dog Peter while we were away. This included Peter having a medical emergency and having to go to the vet which Danielle handled calmly and thoughtfully and she sent loads of pictures and videos which helped put our minds at ease. Peter seemed really happy to be with her at our house. I would wholeheartedly recommend Danielle as somebody who cares deeply about dogs and will look after your pet as if they were her own.”

“Ashley took excellent care of my greyhound and cat! My dog is older and has some special care requirements (supplements, diapers, anxiety) and Ashley had no issues managing it.”

“Mirella did a great job with our dog and cat! She was careful to follow their routines and to keep up with frequent walks and clearing some ice/snow from our walk! Highly recommend”

“Kelly was a great communicator. Our dogs loved getting to know her. She was responsible with giving one of our dogs medication and following our routine. We wil be using her again for dog sitting needs.”

“Arassely was really great! She sent us plenty of updates throughout the week including pictures. It looked like Walter was having an awesome time playing and going for walks.”

“It was our first time using Rita and she was amazing with our energetic pup! She treated her like her own and kept us updated with texts and pics the whole time. We came home to a happy, tired dog and couldn’t ask for more!”

“Alexis was truly fantastic. She sent tons of updates and spent so much time with our girls so they felt totally at home. She kept the house in the same shape we left it and I have already re-booked with her. Can’t wait for her to come again!”

“This was our second time using Karren -- this time we had her stay with our pup in our home for 2 nights. Karren was very caring with our dog during thunderstorms and also was very helpful with making sure our home was secure during it. We appreciate her partnership!”

Lawrence pet parents share their Rover experiences
My husband and I can not say enough good things about Abbie. We had not taken a vacation in a few years due to concerns about our energetic newly adopted boy and our aging girl. She was so gentle, calm, understanding and took such good care of them. She provided us thoughtful updates while we were gone and they were happy when we got home. Peace of mind is absolutely priceless. Thank you Abbie for everything and we will see you again soon!

Mirella is the most amazing dog sitter we have ever had! She kept us updated all week and was amazingly flexible when our travel plans were disrupted due to the blizzard. My house was even neater when we returned than when we left. I would love to keep her a secret, but that wouldn’t be fair to her :).

Lauren did an amazing job watching our dog and cat while we were away for a 7-day trip! By the middle of the trip she had earned cuddles from both animals, showing how much they trusted her and how safe they felt in her care. She also brought in mail and packages for us and reset the apartment for our arrival without being asked! We would absolutely call on Lauren again for future trips. Thank you, Lauren!

Jenna cared for our dog while we were away several days. We came home to a happy dog and a clean home. . Jenna communicated regularly and was responsive to my communication. She also was helped take care of things around the house as they came up. I would absolutely reach out again when we need someone to take care of Maple. 😊
