“I adopted my dog Nomi at the end of 2025 and knew I had a lot of rehabilitation ahead of us since she is highly fearful and skittish. Nomi came from a hoarding house in Puerto Rico where 100 animals were removed from the property. I learned about Carly during a search on Rover and was pleasantly surprised when I discovered we both love mixed breed dogs from PR. Today was the first day since Nomi's adoption that she stayed with anyone other than myself. About: I have a love for animals and taking care of them. I have always have pets growing up and i dog sit for my friends and family every chance I get. Animals bring me joy and I love the energy and love they openly give back. About: I have a miniature Australian Shepherd named Cocoa who is almost 4. She is the sweetest girl who LOVES toys and playing with other dogs Also have experience with anxious/nervous dogs as Cocoa is pretty anxious herself! I work as a therapist full time during the week however I am fully home in the evenings from 4pm on! Since I work during the week ideally drop off times for boarding would be 4pm on. I am also available for those who may need a sitter just for the evening! Weekends I am always home and they would have around the clock care for both daycare and boarding! Also willing to travel for pick ups/drop offs if needed! Also if you book with enough notice, there is a good chance I can request time off to be home for full supervision during the week! I have a fenced yard and my apartment is a pretty large size for them to roam/play! There is also a dog park in my apartment community if they have extra energy to burn off! I can accommodate whatever is needed as far as crating at night or gating off sections of the home. However, I am more than happy to let them be anywhere they feel comfortable. I am able to watch one pet for daycare or boarding services at a time so that I am able to prioritize your pups needs!

About: I've had dogs most of my life and loved dogs my entire life. My last dog passed away last year and I'm not ready for my next but I sure do miss having dogs in my house, so let me shower yours with love and attention while you're away. I live in a house with a fully fenced yard in a lovely walkable neighborhood with walking trails all around me. I had a cockapoo, boxer/ridgeback mix and most recently 2 dachshunds. I also am a regular foster and have hosted everything from poodles to pitties at my house. I do have a soft spot for the seniors as my last doxie had back issues at 15y/o and needed lots of extra help so I understand that stage of life and am so awed by their sweet and stoic nature as they age. I'm working from home these days so I'm home a LOT! I understand all dogs are unique and would love to chat with you about whether my house and I are a good fit for your pup(s). I am home a lot now and able to walk, feed and play with your pups throughout the day and when I'm home on weekends I love to be outdoors walking or in my backyard and my dogs tended to be a part of all I did on the weekends! I do travel on occasion to see family but I keep my calendar up to date as much as possible so you can look ahead for bookings. My backyard is fully fenced with a big grassy lawn so your dog can play safely outside and take quick potty breaks between walks. We are home a lot so the pups tend to join us from room to room. I encourage per parents to bring us toys and beds and anything that makes the pups relaxed and at home.

About: I've been a dog owner and animal lover my entire life, both as a child and as an adult. Over the years, I've cared for several dogs of different breeds, each with their own unique personalities and needs. Spending time with dogs brings me so much joy, whether it's going for walks, playing, or simply providing companionship and care. Animals have always been an important part of my life, and I truly can't imagine a world without them. I treat every dog as if they were my own and strive to make them feel safe, happy, and loved. I also have fostered several litters of puppies, and administered medications with ease. I work out of the home but I am able to drop in to play and let dogs out everyday around lunch. Maximum 3 hours in crate at a time. I treat each dog like a family member. I will make sure to update you daily on how they are doing! Pictures are so important!
