About: I grew up surrounded by dogs, including Huskies, Rhodesian Ridgebacks, and other large breeds, so caring for dogs has always been second nature to me. My love for animals only grew from there, and I now share my home with 3 lizards and a cat, so I have experience with reptiles and cats! I also spent a year working at a dog grooming salon, where I gained hands-on experience handling a wide variety of breeds and temperaments, anywhere from very energetic, to reactive, to shy and anxious pups. That experience gave me a deep understanding of dog behavior and how to keep every dog feeling safe, comfortable, and happy. Whether your pet is laid-back or full of energy, big or small, I’m confident in my ability to give them the attentive, loving care they deserve. I can’t wait to meet your furry (or scaly) family member! I currently work part-time with a very flexible schedule, which allows me to easily accommodate you, and your pets needs. Whether you need, mid-day walks, or someone to keep your pup company for most of the day, I can easily accommodate to your schedule. I treat every animal as if they were my own, taking the time to learn their unique personality, routine, and needs before anything else. I’ll do a meet and greet before you book so I can get to know your dog and their routine ahead of time. You’ll never have to wonder how your pet is doing since I’ll send regular updates and photos so you can have peace of mind while you’re away.

About: I’ve cared for dogs my whole life, from raising a rescue dog who is now 16 years old, to fostering 6 dogs throughout college who have now found their forever home! I have experience with puppies, senior dogs, high anxiety dogs, and reactive dogs, and believe every dog deserves love and care no matter their journey. My goal is to help animals any way I can, and especially during the holiday season, I’d love to be able to support by watching/walking pets💕 I am currently post-grad and looking to care for your pets on the side! I have a flexible schedule and I am working from my computer, so as long as I have my laptop I can be anywhere! I am able to work with all kinds of pets, big or small, shy or wild, calm or timid! I can fulfill many requests such as crating, relaxing, walking, playing, and bathing!

About: I’ve had 3 dogs and still have two. I also love all my friends and neighbors’ dogs as well. I’m comfortable with various sizes. I have small and medium but have walked friends labs & doodles. I’m very flexible and have some commitments Tuesday evening & Wednesday AM. Otherwise I just have the gym schedule to work around. Weekends are usually good too except some Saturday AMs by I can work around that commitment. I love animals and look forward to caring for your fur babies just as I would want someone to look after my fur babies. I can care for your pets in your home and will follow whatever usual routines your fur babies have. I can walk them, let them out and play with them.

About: I've had dogs since I was 14 and have taken care of them for family and friends over the years. That includes small and big dogs, young and old. Dogs in general seem to be drawn to me. I'm currently working part-time so that gives me more time to care for your pets and give them the attention they need and deserve. The best thing I can do is make sure your pet is as comfortable as possible while you're away. I do that by keeping them in their same routine everyday and giving them a lot of attention.

About: Diagnosed with allergies in childhood, I didn’t have pets until in my 20s, when I picked a week-old kitten from a litter & raised him. Thelonious used to walk between my shoulders as I moved around the house, and slept in my bed. Friends told me he behaved more like a dog than a cat—very affectionate. We were very close. His death broke my heart & I still miss him. Seven years ago, I did cat-sitting for a friend whose apartment in NYC I stayed in for a summer while working nearby on Varick Street. He was a very easygoing cat. Years later, my stepson left his dogs at our house & I was their primary minder. I fed, walked & played with them every day. Although I’d been around dogs a lot growing up, it’s one thing to be around them & another to be responsible for them & develop relationships with them. Each of the dogs had a very distinct personality, and I found them fascinating. Through those & other experiences with friends’ pets, I’ve found that I’m able to make connections with animals that go beyond words. I never would have imagined such a thing in childhood. These days I do house sitting & drop-ins for clients in Monmouth & Mercer Counties. I’m tending to pets with a wide range of needs & dispositions, and love I give is more than equaled by the love I receive from them. I’m truly humbled & in awe. Professionally, I managed desktop publishing & automated publishing for a Fortune 500 financial firm for 20 years. So I have a long track record of responsibility & discipline. That combination of sensitivity & responsibility are what I bring to pet sitting. I only accept clients living within a 30-minute drive from my home, and my routines at home are easily adaptable to meet my clients’ needs. That means my highly flexible schedule allows me to provide your cat with the consistent time, routine, and attention they deserve while you are gone. I don’t rush my check-ins; I stay the full duration to ensure your cat gets plenty of physical play and mental stimulation. Because my hours are highly adaptable, I can drop in at the exact times your cat expects breakfast, dinner, or treats. I’m happy to take photos during my stay to enable you as the pet owner to feel secure about your pet’s care in your absence. I like to play with & talk to pets, and try to adhere to their normal routines, so they, too, feel comfortable in your absence.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 7 years old! Friends, family and other relatives have relied on me to make sure their animals were well taken care of and I provided! I can pretty much do whenever! Weekends are iffy but I’m willing to make adjustments as needed to make sure your fur babies are okay and happy! I have a fenced yard and a dog of my own who I play with and take care of daily! We play, have potty breaks, I bathe her and she would love to meet new friends!
