Amber and her family came through for me for a last-minute, same-day holiday (4th of July) booking, and they were great from start to finish! Very friendly, helpful, responsive, and flexible and seemed to attend well to my Sienna -- following my various tips and even going lengths to ensure, with her being an older dog, that she wouldn't be out in the heat during walks for too long and was protected by the outside fireworks that first night! Amber also shared some text and picture updates throughout the stay, and her and her husband for were very reassuring both during drop-off and pickup regarding Sienna's care. They were so great that I ended up extending the sit to an extra day, originally scheduled for just one, and they were very accommodating in my doing so. Sienna seemed to like them well, and I think they liked her -- I definitely would book again whenever we're back in this area again!!”

“Camilla and Omar's entire family was delightful and very loving with Oscar. He especially loved running in their big fenced yard chasing Tantor as well as the other pets they were taking care of. About: I’ve been around dogs for over 10 years and have owned two dogs myself, so I understand the care, attention, and patience pups need. I’ve also helped walk and care for several extended family dogs over the years. Friends and family always consider me a “dog person,” and dogs naturally seem to warm up to me quickly. I love spending time with animals, whether that’s going on walks, playing, or just keeping them company, and I’m excited to meet more amazing pups through Rover! During the school year, I balance classes with a flexible schedule that gives me plenty of time for dog walks and check-ins, especially on weekends. In the summer, I have even more availability and regularly fit dog walks, playtime, and pet care into my daily routine. I’m used to spending time with my own dogs before and after work or other responsibilities, so making sure pets get attention, exercise, and companionship is already a natural part of my day. I always aim to make pets feel comfortable and safe in their own home by sticking closely to their normal routine. I’ll follow any instructions carefully, whether that includes feeding schedules, walks, playtime, medication, or crate routines. I’m respectful of clients’ homes, keep things clean and organized, and make sure pets get plenty of attention and care while you’re away. I also like to send updates and photos so owners can feel confident their pets are happy and well cared for.
