I’m so grateful to them for taking extra special care of Tina and felt super confident and comfortable that she was in excellent hands while I was away! Once she was there they sent photos (without having to ask!), even got a seat belt tether for her since I forgot to leave hers! “Xiaoying is expert went it come to taking care of cat. She takes care of your pet with passion just like she/he is her own cat. We left maya our cat with here for about month when we left for vaction. Maya was so well taken care of right from day one. We got daily updates on here feeding, activities through out the day. Special care was taken to provide isolated / separate room from slowly introducing her to the new environment and cat at her own pace. Special effort was taken to keep her active with play time. At end of the vacation she became member of Xiaoying’s cat family. Even pre drop off updates and information was good. 😸😸😸. Please note: • Dogs must be fully house-trained • Dogs must be comfortable in a multi-level home and safe around stairs and balconies • No yard access means dogs should be leash-trained and used to outdoor potty breaks • We keep all balcony doors secure and supervised when dogs are outside • We do not accept pets with destructive or escape-prone behaviors for safety reasons We’re committed to providing a safe, loving environment that feels like home.
