He’s super high energy and super stubborn. Decided to give Colleen a try since she seemed to have experience with the breed. We tried a doggy day care day to make sure both he and Colleen would be okay with a whole week of boarding and it went as well as I could have hoped. He was a little bit of a problem in the begging it seemed but Colleen was able to get through to him and he had a great rest of the day with her. He came home exhausted which is also good for me! I have no doubts about my upcoming boarding with her and would recommend her highly to anyone with a similar dog. It was very nerve-racking for me to leave him alone all day with someone else who had never watched him before and Colleen did an amazing job.”

About: I've had pets my whole life and know how much it matters to leave yours somewhere you trust. Your dog will be part of the household here — not crated in a back room — with plenty of attention, a regular routine, and photo updates so you know how the day is going. A few things to know about my setup: I have a yard, but it isn't fenced, so all potty breaks and outdoor time are leashed and supervised. Never off-leash. I have one dog of my own, a friendly female Bernedoodle named Dorothy. She's good with other dogs, and I'm happy to do a meet-and-greet first to make sure everyone gets along. I work from home, so your dog won't be alone for long stretches. Comfortable with puppies, senior dogs with special needs, and everything in between. For walks, I'll stick to whatever route and pace your dog is used to, and I'll let you know how it went. Happy to set up a free meet-and-greet before booking anything. 🚨 PLEASE NOTE 🚨: Dogs who are not crate trained will incur an extra fee of $20 a night. My schedule is completely my own so I can tailor my day to what your dog is used to. Our usual routine is a walk/run in the morning and a walk with the whole family in the evening. Dorothy is crate trained and so can be right next to your dog to keep them company. I have a good sized yard where I can let the dogs out on leashes and a fenced in deck if they want to be outside. I live 5 minutes from an animal hospital and am used to the random ailments that come with taking care of dogs.

About: My kids (13-19) and I can offer a safe, happy home, companionship and plenty of play time to your furry friend(s) while you're away! Being semi-retired allows me to dedicate more time to caring for pets. I frequently assist friends and family with pet care when they travel. Dudley would run to the door every morning waiting to go see them and return home in the evening satisfied and tired. Kiran is super friendly and considerate. I hurt my leg one evening, on my way home from work, and Kiran was kind enough to squeeze in one extra walk right before I retrieved Dudley to get him to poop so I wouldn’t have to with my bum leg.
