About: I grew up surrounded by animals on my Granny’s farm, so caring for pets has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. In my own home, we had three dogs and four cats, and animals were never just pets, they were family. My mom was a veterinary technician for 15 years, and she regularly brought home injured or recovering animals that needed rehabilitation. Through that experience, I learned how to safely handle pets in all kinds of situations and environments. She passed down extensive hands-on knowledge to me, including how to recognize warning signs, respond calmly in emergencies, and administer medications. I’ve even assisted with IV fluids for a dog when needed. Because of this background, I’m comfortable caring for pets who may need extra patience, medical attention, or routine based care. I’m available for early mornings, mid-day visits, evenings, and weekends. I provide care exclusively in my clients’ homes so pets can stay in the environment where they feel safest and most comfortable. I’m attentive to behavior changes, health needs, and comfort levels, especially for pets who may be anxious, senior, or require medical care. I have two pet bunnies of my own who have their little house and cage that they stay in at night. During the day they like to roam around the house. I have multiple rooms if I were to board either your dog or cat, I would keep my bunnies in a separate room while your pet stays with me.
